My first encounter with this business was less than ideal. Since then, I have spoken with the owner about my interaction with her receptionist. The answering service represents the values of the company, from a consumer’s perspective. She got it. I don’t mean she got it in a condescending lawyer way but she understood where I was coming from and not once did she try to minimize or invalidate my concerns. I was highly impressed. Oftentimes, business owners don’t concern themselves with the complaints and critique of non-​customers. That is remarkable to me because many businesses see customer service as a burden and Ms. Joy does not. I never told her this but I because of our phone call I will refer my friends and associates to her in the future. At the risk of sounding like a paid adverisement, I can honestly say that Ms. Joy is a joy to speak with and I can tell she does business with integrity at the core of her planning and decisions.
