History

Established in 1999.

Cray Networks was established in 1999 when I came to the realization that «service» was severely lacking in the IT industry as a whole. Nobody knew what customer service was and technicians typically had no previous business experience whatsoever. After using numerous providers and researching viable options I decided to take matters into my own hands. With a degree in accounting, numerous years of business experience and years of experience with IT sales to Fortune 500 companies, it seemed to be the natural thing to do. A business plan was developed to serve ALL aspects of the IT role. Looking at the economic impact of all possible solutions and working closely together with the client to choose a solution that best fits their needs is the roadmap to all projects at Cray Networks.

Graduated with Accounting degree from Southwest Texas State in 95 — Eat um up Cats! Worked as controller for large private company in Houston which is where IT role began. Existing IT support was severely lacking and replacements just didn’t make a difference. Formed Cray Networks (kept previous employer as client) and here we are! Our offices have been located in Arboretum for bulk of 15 yrs but finally purchased a building and moved to Leander! We love it here and hope to continue to grow with great service!
