I strongly encourage all of my clients to accompany me during the inspection, in fact, I do not feel that the inspection is complete until I have a chance to answer all of your questions.

History

Established in 2012.

I trained for almost 2 years with a Professional Home Inspector got all of my school credits to apply for a Licensed Professional Home Inspector, Passed and started in 2012 on my own. I love meeting, helping and teaching people along. I take as much time as needed for each person I meet.

Where is the 10 star rating? Joe is such a great inspector and has been so helpful in explaining every single thing in the past home inspections he has done for me. As first time home buyers, Joe was a great help throughout the process! Not only did he thoroughly inspect the property, he also took the time to explain issues and fixes right then and there. He did a follow-​up consultation to make sure the seller made the recommended and agreed upon fixes. Good thing he did, too, because some of those fixes were not completed properly! He plans a third visit to the property when the owner finally finishes all of the repairs. Awesome attitude. He clearly knows his stuff and doesn’t mind taking the extra time our of his day to make sure we understood it all too. Definitely a great service!
