Terrible, terrible company. When I called to make my reservation, I specifically told the owner this was for a photo shoot. I asked what the condition of the ATVs were and he said they were great for a photo shoot. So I went ahead and booked the reservation. When we got there, the owner was of course out of town. The guy who took us out to the trail was nice and accommodating. We got to the trailhead and he unloaded the ATVs. We both looked at them and were like«are you serious?» They were in horrible condition! Ripped seats, scratched up, bent, and looked like they were from the 80s. We asked the guy if he was sure they were ok to use and he said yes so he sent us on our way.(By the way, he just left us at the trailhead and took off back to Leavenworth, about 30 minutes away). We got up the trail about a quarter of the way and pulled off to the side to snap some photos.(Side note, it was 90+ degrees out this day in mid summer). We finish with the photos and go to start our ATVs and my friend’s wouldn’t start. We tried everything we could and were told to do but nothing would work. We had no reception to call the guy, and there were cougar tracks all around us, along with it being 90 degrees out. We tried for probably about another 30 minutes to get the damn thing started, but to no avail. Lucky we are both somewhat small girls and my friend was able to hop on the back of my ATV to go all the way back down to call the guy, where we had reception. Took him another hour to get back out to us. What a terrible experience. Then to top it off, when I told the owner about what happened(His name is Tom Moser) and I asked for a full refund, he refused and only offered a free day of ATV riding. Yeah right! Like I would ever want to ride his ATVs again! He then said he would refund one of the ATV rentals, which he NEVER did. I hope those who read this review take it seriously and do not book with this company! The owner is a fraud and steals people’s money and puts them in danger!

Having read the complaints on The Better Business Bureau’s website about this company, I realize that I am not the only one who has experienced the same issues with this company. The owner called me at 7:30 the night before our outing to inform me that one of the ATV’s was broken down. He promised me that he would refund me my money; however, when the money wasn’t returned he refused to return any of my calls or emails… a common complaint. 3 weeks later there still has been no contact with the owner and my money hasn’t been refunded. This company is poorly ran and the owner is unresponsive.

OMG… The WORST business I have hands down dealt with! Please I beg of you along with the other 21 «not recommended» reviews to please not buy from this absolute FRAUD! I had purchased two snowmobile rentals from this company and at first he seemed so nice and helpful, well at least until he got my money that is. Long story short, after he got my money I never received the services that I paid for. I called, emailed, left voicemail a million times and he didn’t reply… until I got a little clever and had my sister pretend to be a «new customer» looking to rent a snowmobile and low and behold of course he called her back but not me. I quickly took the phone from her to speak with him and he played the whole«oh I didn’t know you were trying to reach me». Ya freaking right! Then he promised me a refund and after I kept waiting for my refund and called him a million times again to get it, he lied and said he never promised me a refund and that I made it up. Right because I just make up you telling me I could get a refund for a purchase that you never even gave me what I bought. There is a number on his voicemail to call which is his so called«manager» when I called him to ask how to get ahold of the owner and how to get a refund, I kid you not now, he full blown literally yelled at me even went as far as calling me stupid! And I was so nice to him over the phone, not once did I blame for anything and he just lost it. Complete and utter shock that an employee can yell at you like that… just goes to show what kind of company they are. I finally got my refund by reading other reviews to contact your bank. I reported his fraud and thankfully my bank refunded me the money, but I never heard from that jerk again. If you work hard for your money and you don’t want to literally throw it away then DONOTBUYFROMTHISCOMPANY! P. S. I wish I could give this review a million NEGATIVE stars… not even worth the one.

Ok, let me start off by saying I would not even give this place 1 star, but I have to in order to write a review. PLEASEREAD and NONOTRENTFROMTHISCOMPANY. My friend and her boyfriend reserved 4 snowmobiles, at $ 100 apiece, to use on January 4th. To our dismay we weren’t able to use the snowmobiles due to the lack of snow in the area. Totally understandable, can’t predict the weather. but here is where everything gets super shady. We FINALLY received a call from the company at 5pm the night before our rental date. The man that called told us that we weren’t able to go and that we would have to reschedule. When we expressed our concern about how we can’t reschedule because we don’t live close to Leavenworth and that we’ve been calling them since 9am that morning with no answer, he told us not to worry that we would get our money back. WHAT A JOKE! We continued to call Tom, I assume the owner of the business, that Saturday and Sunday trying to get ahold of him to discuss getting our refund or figure out what the next steps are and to our surprise we NEVER heard back him! Since then my friend has called him multiple times, even sent a few emails expressing her concern and unhappiness, and he still hasn’t responded. He did send a generic email stating that she could reschedule but that was it. So, I decided to give him a call from a Seattle number to see if he would answer and to my surprise he did! Well, actually he called me back after I left a message stating I was interested in renting some snowmobiles. I proceeded to tell him that I wasn’t interested in renting snowmobiles but that I was calling on behalf of my friend who has been trying to get ahold of him for a month. He didn’t seem to care that she was upset, all he cared about was whether or not she would rebook. I kept saying how this is bad business and that you have a disgruntled customer and that you should call her back, I mean you took her $ 400 the least you can do is call her back and try to apologize for this misunderstanding. He wasn’t having any of this, he kept saying that he would only call her back if she expressed that she was interesting in rebooking! What kind of business is run like this!!! Who would want to rebook with a company who will ONLY talk with you if you’re interested in booking or rebooking? This is HORRIBLE customer service and I have NEVER in my entire life dealt with someone who does business like this. So save yourself the hassle, DONOTRENTFROMTHISCOMPANY! You’ve been warned!!!

We rented three snowmobiles from Tom for a full day although the driver wanted to pick them up at 2;30 pm. Some folks in Leavenworth made disparaging remarks about the quality of the machines. One of them ran a whole day on one tank of gas, but two of the machines required a trip to the gas station midday. The gas ended up costing another $ 150 over and above the rental, which seems ridiculous as we were told up front a tank would last the day and to return the machines full. Then to top it off, the delivery guy accused us of «damaging» the sled on one of the machines. No way did anything out of the ordinary happen. We were charged the ‘extra’ $ 150 to fix it without any receipt or anything. The estimate the delivery guy gave was $ 75 to fix it which was completely ignored by the owner Tom. Oh yeah and the guy at the gas station said he snowmobiles all the time and has never damaged one of the sleds. Beware, this seems like a penny pinching operation not to be trusted.

We found this business on the web. I am so glad we did. In the winter they rent snowmobiles, in summer he is now getting into renting ATVs. That’s what we rented. It was so cool to go up to the top of the mountain on trails no one else was on. Of coarse it was during the week when we went. On the weekends I’m sure the trails are more populated. I called Tom and set things up for the rental. He had Chuck come to the hotel and we followed him to the trail about ½ hour from Leavenworth. Chuck was right on time. We get to the trail he unloads and explains things to us. Gives us a map. We set a time for him to return. Chuck returned right on time. The ATVs could use new tires that’s about the only negative. We had a great time and plan to return. Chuck was awesome, Tom was nice. A blast! You must try. I was happy to find they are easier to operate than I thought. My first time but, it wont be my last :)
