Description

Specialties

In Leavenworth since 2004 Leavenworth Tasting Room is a partnership between Pasek Cellars of Mount Vernon, Washington and Willow Crest Winery of Prosser, Washington. The tasting room features Pasek fruit wines and Willow Crest’s dry red and white wines.

Pasek Cellars is the largest producer of fruit wines in Washington crafting a variety that includes cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, loganberry, pineapple, passion fruit, a handful of dessert wines and a few grape wines, too.

Willow Crest Winery was founded in 1995 by David J. Minick, a longtime grape grower in the Yakima Valley. The Minick Family first planted wine grapes on their Roza farm, North of Prosser in 1982. David wanted to take the love he had for raising grapes to the next level by making premium wine out of a small portion of the family vineyard. Willow Crest Winery uses estate grown fruit to create crisp Pinot Gris and bold Syrah’s.

We look forward to sharing our wines with you in our tasting room in Leavenworth

History

Established in 1995.

Willow Crest Winery was founded in 1995 by David J. Minick, a longtime grape grower in the Yakima Valley. The Minick Family first planted wine grapes on their Roza farm, North of Prosser in 1982. David wanted to take the love he had for raising grapes to the next level by making handcrafted wine from select blocks of the family vineyard and soon after bottled the first vintage of Willow Crest.
