I work for the rental owner and I strive to exceed their expectations. I am very personable with owners as well as tenants. In this economy every family needs a home to live in and to be happy with their surroundings. I will not allow rentals to fall below living standards and they have to meet state code requirements. Tenants will never go without essentials. My reputation for repair/​maintenance issues is within 24-​hours. I refuse to fall short of what is expected of me, let it be the tenant or the owner.

History

Nine years experience in property management. Fostering long term relationships with owners by protecting their financial investments. Inspections, improvements and good tenants are very important for rental properties. I am open to the wants and needs of each tenant. Every individual is special, important and is treated as such. My personal expectations have proven to be appreciated by my owners and tenants.

Conduct move out inspections and take pictures.
