The women running the shop is not only unprofessional, she is down right rude!!! She walked away numerous times while fitting my son for a Tuxedo, and raised her voice when she didn’t like HIS choice for his vest and ties. She was also extremely nasty when I called the day of pick up. This place is a joke and NOTHING like it was under its former owner (Mark) and business name (College Formals). We miss you Mark!!!
PS… While we were there for the initial fitting a man and his young son came in to pick up their tuxs for an out of state wedding and some of their items didn’t fit and the woman acted like it was their problem

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Kimberly, the owner, has zero respect for the customer. She tried to give my husband the WRONG vest for our wedding, pants that were not the right size. She was totally disrespectful to my father, my step father in law and charged my father for a tie she never gave him. She didn’t give one of our groomsmen the cuff links. If there was another place to go we absolutely would have. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. I would not recommend this place to anyone. She should not be allowed to own a business. Absolutely terrible. Tell everyone you know how terrible of an establishment this is.
