History

Established in 2008.

John Bymaster founded the first Bymaster Bankruptcy Law Office in Lebanon, Indiana in 2008 with his sister, Anna Jean Bymaster. With Troublesome economic times at hand, they understood that a completely new type of bankruptcy office would be needed to serve the local community.

Rolling up their sleeves, John and Anna created the first Bymaster Bankruptcy Law Office in a rural, traditional Indiana setting to let their clients feel at ease as they went though difficult times. This office was created in South Boone County by State Road 267 and the Zionsville Exit of I-65.

John and Anna understood that the bankruptcy staff and environment must be friendly, affordable, and locally-rooted. This allowed them to far better serve Indiana residents than the existing, larger, city-based bankruptcy law offices.

Meet the Business Owner

John B.

Business Owner

John Bymaster knows about debt relief. He has studied debt relief laws for many years. He has the experience that counts. Bymaster Bankruptcy Law Office can help you with all your debt relief needs.

John Bymaster began the study of bankruptcy in 2002 during law school. His research culminated in an advanced study entitled, «Bankruptcy: The Restoration of the Public Spirit.» This project focused on the dramatic changes to the bankruptcy code put in to effect in 2005.

Knowing that experience is the best teacher, John Bymaster accepted a position as an attorney at the largest bankruptcy firm in the mid-west. He quickly gained valuable, specialized experience that sets him apart from other offices offering bankruptcy. Although he eventually became the managing attorney for that firm’s Indiana office, he decided to start the now successful Bymaster Bankruptcy Law Offices to better serve the local communities of Central Indiana.
