History

Established in 1940.

This is Lebanon’s oldest continuously operating, family owned beer distributor. At the end of prohibition, the Beatty family operated the store as both a beer distributor and a grocery store. Eventually, the Beatty family sold the store to Terry Schott and he renamed the business Wet Your Whistle Beverage. Over the last 80 years, the business has had five owners. Adam Saul purchased the business is 2015 and added new walk in coolers and renovated the store. Today, the store offers a huge assortment of cold 12 packs, cases, and kegs. A full store of homebrewing supplies and equipment is also inside.
