Consistent, tasty food at very reasonable prices. Best breakfast in the area (breakfast burrito/​quesadilla are great, large pancakes, great French toast). Very family friendly and there’s a park across the street!

Excellent food in an inviting setting! The service is quick, friendly, and polite. The breakfast burritos are filing and delicious! You also can’t go wrong with a slice of pie, a cupcake or a cinnamon roll in this café! It’s all so good that it’s hard to choose when I go in to eat! Compliments to the chef and owners! :D

I really wanted this place to be great. It’s so cute and the people are so nice. We went for breakfast. It was hopping. Looked like the locals are supporting it.
I ordered biscuits and gravy w eggs. My boyfriend a breakfast burrito.
It seemed all Sysco fare to me. Especially my gravy. Definitely out of a container. I didn’t finish it. And the coffee is okay, but not great.
However, if I were to rate the pie, five stars hands down! Homemade and good! Triple berry was great. And so was the pecan. Go for pie!

This could be a winner in any large town. The fact it is such a wonderful place to eat in a small town makes it wonderful.
I am a huge fan of their chicken wrap. It’s one of the better I’ve ever had. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich and loved it too. I know fried foods is bad for you, but they do seem to have a very juicy flavor here.
The cupcakes are as advertised and while there may be competition that equals them, they charge a much more reasonable price.

Love this place! The staff is extremely kind and the food is great every time. I’ve only been during lunch hours; sometimes they get really busy and slowed down but the food is always good. Just what a little town like Lecompton needed — Good food that isn’t pizza or Casey’s! (No offense to either one of those locations!)
