These guys are amazing. We had just started out on a long journey from NYC to Denver on a Friday late afternoon. We got a tire pressure alert and pulled over to fill up the air and noticed a nail in the tire. We drove here and the guys got us in within 30 mins, checked all the tires, and pulled the nail out. The nail was less than a quarter inch and had done no damage. The guys drove our car to make sure the light on our dash went off, and when it didn’t, plugged in the computer to fix it. Best part was… They didn’t charge us a thing. Super nice guys and made our trip worry free. Can’t thank these guys enough!

I have been coming here pretty regularly for oil changes and tire rotations. I was due for an oil change and had a feeling it was also time for tires and brakes. The staff is awesome and the service is always top notch. They worked quickly and had my car ready when promised and for less than the original quote. I highly recommend this location!

Came in with an emergency since car broke on the highway while in a road trip with the family late afternoon on a weekend.
Was received by Steven whom showed understanding of the situation and was able to put a mechanic quick on the car to evaluate the situation and was able to put me back on the road within an hour.

Highly recommend STS in Ledgewood. I have been taking my cars here for years and trust Mark and his team to do the work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I know when I go to STS in Ledgewood that I’m in good hands and will not be charged for work that is not necessary.

The employees are friendly and nice. I like that they take a digital coupon from my phone and honored the discount. I had an oil change yesterday and had a coupon that has $ 15 off for an oil change. So I only paid about $ 22 dollars for it and save some money! :-)

Fantastic service all the time. Manger is a great guy, willing to help you out and provide good service. Buy your tires here– you can get the model you want online for a fair price and you’ve got free rotations for life. Never been asked to get some unnecessary service either!

Great service! My busted tire was covered by hazard protection thru
, but a tire service facility was required to get authorization for the replacement tire and start the reimbursement process for me. Mark was very friendly, helpful and accommodating in handling that. Once the tire was delivered, installation was fast. Thanks!

Mark and his service guys are literally the best and most professional guys around. They never try to pressure me to do extra stuff, they work quickly and efficiently, they even price match if you happen to find a better deal elsewhere (which you won’t) I use them for every service my truck requires and would highly recommend them.

This is the second time this place has saved me. I had a flat tire about 2 miles from the shop. The lug nuts were too tight for my crow bar, so I was stranded. I called to ask if they could help or give me the contact# for a service truck. They instead came down to my truck in person, took off the wheel, brought it to the shop, replaced the tire and brought it back to install it. All of this happened within 1.5 hours! I was blown away. Knowing I was in a hurry, they had a refurbished tire they mounted to get me on the road. As many of you know, it is not a good feeling to be stranded and these guys went the extra mile for NO charge. I don’t exactly know what makes a Unilocal review a «recommended» review, but you’ll notice that I don’t write reviews unless there is something very outstanding about my experience. I’ve had 2 at this place and these are my only 2 reviews, so take it to the bank!

The Manager Mark. is an AWESOME guy and has gone out of his way to make sure my wife’s car is serviced in a way that empowers her as a consumer. What does that mean: He never offers unneeded service, always does the work as promised and adds the little extras like explaining the reason and suggesting an alternative when appropriate. This service center is easily in the top 5% of car centers I have ever used way to go Mark.

I love this STS. Other car service places like to take advantage of me because I’m young and don’t really know much about cars. This STS always does exactly what I come for and never cons me into getting things that I don’t necessarily need. A+ to them!
