Azure Carpet Cleaning

Great customer service and performance are very important to me. I had both recently when I had my carpets and upholstery cleaned by Azure Carpet Cleaning.
I wanted my carpets cleaned before Thanksgiving so I called them on Friday 11÷20÷15 to see if they could fit me in. To my surprise, they were able to accommodate me on the Tuesday before the holiday 11÷24÷15.
The appointment was for 9:30 am, so when they called at 9:00 am, I figured it was to tell me they were going to be delayed. However, they were just calling to say that they were on the way which I appreciated. Two techs arrived right at 9:30 am.
After a short review of the areas to be cleaned, they got right to work. The areas to be cleaned were the carpet on my hardwood stairs leading upstairs, the upstairs carpeted hallway, 3 carpeted bedrooms, and an L-​shaped sectional. Although I had already run my vacuum cleaner before they came, they vacuumed the entire house with their more powerful vacuum cleaner before starting the process. I have had carpets cleaned many times over the years, this is the 1^st time I’ve had a company vacuum all the areas before starting.
The results were phenomenal !!! Although I have had them cleaned before, the carpets were cleaner than they had been since the house was built 8 years ago, the stains in the sectional were removed, and the carpet on the stairs looked new.
They advertise a low moisture technique and they definitely delivered as my carpet wasn’t really even noticeably damp when they finished and was completely dry within a couple of hours as advertised. They hand cleaned the stairs and upholstery and used a buffing brush on the upstairs carpet to really loosen the dirt before using a suction tool for final extraction. Finally, they used a great deodorizer that left they entire house smelling fresh and clean.
I am so impressed with this company and will definitely use them again in the future. They were professional, courteous, and did a great job. Finally, with the special they were running, the price for everything was less than $ 200. This is a great company and they have my and highest recommendation!!!

I purchased a voucher for $ 100 for hard wood cleaning and polishing from Amazon Local. After a month of leaving messages to set up an appt, with no return call, I called to cancel the voucher and get my money back. Good luck in getting anyone to answer the phone. I received voice mail everytime I called.

I had the company out on November 18^th, they arrived on time and were very professional as they went to work. They offered to sell me the extra products and I accepted certain items, and everything seemed great as they finished up. The carpet looked nice, in the areas I could easily get to. They advertise 2 hour drying time, well after 30 hours the carpeting in all areas was finally dry. I called them the evening that they did the work and asked about the wet carpets, because while they were here they mentioned that the way they do it, with the carpets drying so quickly, there is no chance of mold or mildew developing. Since the carpets were still wet that night I wanted to check to see if there was anything I should do. They basically said that during the winter, it isn’t unusual for them to still be a little damp. They checked back with me a few months later and came back out to redo the entire job. There were some fixes that they came up with to their product, and now not only are they prompt, professional, and courteous, they also have a technique and product that works wonderfully. There are few companies that really care about customer service these days, but this company will go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy! Too bad there isn’t an option for 6 stars for extra credit for a company that really cares, but if you use these guys, expect to have your expectations exceeded!
