I am pleased with the care Erik provided for the health of our trees. What I didn’t appreciate is the refuse left after the removal of a tree. When I inquired about the removal of the grindings. I was told that they are left to fill in the hole and to help when we find a replacement. I have a mound in my yard, but okay he’s a tree expert and would know best. When I went out this past autumn looking for a replacement tree and told the arborist what was presently there. I learned that is not the case. The debris should have been removed. The hole should have been filled in with soil and seed should have been sown. Two other professionals have concurred with this new found knowledge. C’est la vie
