Founded in 1966 by Richard A. Sarver, the strategic plan of ERA Sarver Real Estate was to create a company whose standard is to deliver superior expectations, by providing unmatched service to their clients. ERA Sarver Real Estate, Inc. is known as a leader in quality, integrity, innovation, and RESULTS. Seeing the need to offer more expanded services to the Fort Polk area, Sarver Real Estate, Inc. joined forces with the ERA family in 1979. As an ERA broker, ERA Sarver Real Estate, Inc. has consistently been a top ERA brokerage firm in the state of Louisiana. We have ranked nationally as a Top 200 ERA company from 2004– 2008, a Top 50 company in 2009, and Top 100 for 2010 and 2011 for ERA’s division 3.

Business Owner

Ranelle is the Managing Broker of ERA Sarver Real Estate. Ranelle graduated from Leesville High School in 1973, attended Oral Roberts University, and LSU. She joined the company in 1977, after graduating from LSU Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has been actively engaged in listing and selling real estate in Leesville and the Fort Polk area for the past 34 years. Her accomplishments include Leader Circle Designation in 2004 and Beyond Excellence Designations spanning over 20 years. Under her leadership ERA Sarver Real Estate, has been a top 200 company in ERA for the years 2004 – 2008, Top 50 in 2009, and Top 100 in 2010. In 2006, ERA Sarver Real Estate was awarded the prestigious Jim Jackson Award for Excellence in Service as ranked by past clients.
