We seek to provide the personal attention clients deserve but can often only receive at a small law office. Our staff is very knowledgeable and experienced. Our principal legal assistant has been with our office since its founding in 1988. When clients need to contact the attorney, they will not have difficulty doing so as sometimes happens in a larger firm. Although we are not large, we practice in federal and state courts throughout eastern and central Pennsylvania including the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, numerous county Courts of Common Pleas and lower level Magisterial District Courts. Attorney DiBernardino was admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 1986. He was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1986, before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in 1989, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1999 and before the Supreme Court of the United States in 1992.
