I do not recommend this company. I had a scheduled appointment. They didn’t show up and they didn’t call. I called the office and asked if they were coming. The «tech» advised he had been busy. No apology or indication of concern from anyone I spoke with. Very unprofessional.

Fair quote, fair work. Knowledgeable. Staff were honest and up-​front, which, I gather in this business, is ‘yooooooge’ to quote ‘The Don (I think of Donald when I think of wanting vermin dead, what can I say???).‘
Follow-​up staff showed up when they said they would (or a little early — gotta remember they’re in Central Time, so, perhaps they were a bit late — who knows???) and finished work ahead of time.
Not thrilled about drilling through slab entry (and what it’s going to take to fix appearance long-​term, though I can confirm that work was well-​done and didn’t cause extraneous damage). I am glad a very minor pest invasion was interrupted, hopefully stopped completely. I had a separate licensed contractor come in and replace the single subgrade joist (and what it touched) that was showing damage.
Have monitoring contract for the baits, so, will update with additional service /​follow-​up experience as appropriate. w
