Was more than satisfied with quality of work, professionalism and price. Had 2 door locks and 2 deadbolts replaced on New Year’s Eve night with only 30 minutes notice. Would recommend to family and friends.

I highly recommend FRANK. I have a touchpad deadbolt lock that was jammed in the lock position. I called at 9:30am and he was able to fit me in before noon, which was perfect for me. He not only fixed the problem, Frank explained what went wrong so we can prevent it from happening again in the future. He was fast and friendly. His workmanship was professional and his attitude was down to earth. I’ll definitely bookmark this business … its a keeper! Thank you Frank!

I highly recommend Frank at Good Value Locksmith! This is a 5 star business and I would use his services again. Frank showed up when he said he would, he was professional, friendly, patient and very reasonable. I have a Jaguar and was told by other locksmiths that they would have to re-​key for a whole lot more money. Frank was able to unlock my car and retrive my keys from the trunk without re-​keying at a great price!!! Thanks Frank… I will tell all my friends about you!!!

Frank definitely earns my 5 star rating. We needed to get our house re-​keyed again and it was sort of an emergency. Not only was it a Sunday but it was Mother’s Day. He was more than happy to help and accommodate us. He gave me a firm quote over the phone and he stayed true to his price. He works diligently and pays attention to detail. He gave me an estimated time he would complete the job and he was pretty spot on. After he was finished, we chit chatted a bit and he was really personable and just an overall great person. I recommend him for cost, value, service, and effort.

He charged a decent price and always called to let us know if there was any change in the appointment time. It only took him about an hour to install a second lock on our outer, front entry door. If you’re a senior, ask about a senior discount.

I locked my keys in my house and luckily I had my phone. I called Frank and he was at my front door in 15min. Frank had my door open quickly and was amazingly affordable! I hired a locksmith out to a family members house last year and was charged triple what Frank charged. He was professional, courteous and fast! I definitely recommend him.

I called Frank to re-​key locks on the commercial property I leased. He quoted very fair prices, so I had him come out. He did the work I wanted, and he even went out of his way to repair a damaged/​broken lockset (instead of selling me a new one).
The landlord was quite happy!
Competent, quality service. He showed up when he said he would, even came back to install the ‘repair part’ when it came in.
He needs to rename the business to ‘great value’!

So I came home today to find my lock wouldn’t turn. Tried a second key with no joy. Called AAA to see if my membership gave me lockout services on residence. No, because I wasn’t a premier member, so they hooked me up with their servicer who wanted $ 145 just to drill out the core. 90 minutes response time, and replacing the core would be extra. and delayed until the next day. No thanks.
Called my landlady who found Frank on Unilocal.He responded within 30 minutes, and charged just over half of the AAA contractor, which included drilling out the core, core replacement, and setting the new core to work with the old keys. Prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. … and reasonably priced. You can’t do any better than that…
