History

Established in 2011.

Go Grass began growing its first flats of wheatgrass for its initially small customer base in the summer of 2011. The company established itself by its strict growing practices using only pre-​packaged commercial organic soil (never homemade) to minimize mold and impurities and ensure optimum nutrient composition. It’s growing philosophy has proved to be quite effective, enabling Go Grass to produce what many of its customers consider to be the most vibrant-​looking and best-​tasting wheatgrass available anywhere.

Today, Go Grass not only continues to supply the best wheatgrass grown locally but maintains a diverse but complementary product line including Kombucha 2000, Suja Juice and dietary supplements. Meet the Manager

Rick P.

Manager

Rick’s background is in computers and the Health & Wellness industry. Formerly a retail store manager for an organization in San Diego specializing in a holistic healing program, he is well versed in the Body-​Mind-​Spirit approach to health and stays up to date on alternative health care trends and tools as well as youthing strategies. He has extensive experience in customer service, sales, online retailing, web marketing, management and the legal profession. He has done fasting, juicing, cleansing, detox, MBS, etc., but remains true to the fundamental approach to vitality, longevity and health which is paying attention to diet and exercise, facilitated by daily wheatgrass shots. He holds a bachelors degree in Legal Studies and enjoys talking to people about health or anything health-​related. When not managing the wheatgrass business, Rick enjoys running at Coronado beach as well as swimming and working out at the local YMCA
