Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy along with Skilled Nursing Care. We specialize in Rehabilitation for Joint replacement and orthopedic patients – specifically Spine, Knee, Hip, and Shoulder. Our nursing specialties include: IV therapy and medication management; wound treatment specialty care including wound vac certified wound care nurses and physicians; enteral feeding and modified diets; transportation to medical appointments and dialysis; stroke rehabilitiation; Cardio-​thorasic rehabilitation; and hospice services.

From our physical therapists to our passionate nursing staff, each lemon grove representative is dedicated to our facility. In order to ensure your care meets our own standards, we do not use nursing registries or contract with outside physical therapist companies. Why? We want to ensure you are working with a therapist who knows you and your capabilities. Bringing in someone from the outside can not only confuse our guests but interfere with their healing process. Our lemon grove nurses get acquainted with each patient and learn to understand how to best care for them. Daily, we strive to push you a little closer to your goals.
