Got a call from the office on Friday and I was told the estimate would be ready Monday April 25 and waited all day for a call and of course I received no call. Hopefully update with a better status tomorrow, but not feeling too optimistic!
Well called the last time this week to see if the estimate would be delivered and got in touch with the technician that came to the house, which gave me a bit of hope but after being reassured from him that «I’m in the office and I’ll have them give you a call», no call yet again.
This is a cautionary warning to all who use this business. If your time is important to you don’t use them. I found them to be not true their word on many occasions over this several weeks of trying to get an estimate. If this is any indication of their work, well you can clearly see that it’s probably as shoddy as their customer service and more than likely you will not be satisfied but disappointed with overall outcome as I have been.
I believe in small business but just not this one!

Great service at great prices! As a window cleaner, I offer a screen service to all my customers. Lemon Grove Glass has the most competitive prices and quality service on their new screens. I pick up my customers screens, take them to Lemon Grove Glass and then transport back and install. Lemon Grove Glass always makes me look good! Great service from Great people!

They were willing to try and meet our need for a last minute order of 4 bathroom mirrors. They were a little behind schedule when we arrived to pick them up, but their efforts, workmanship and product were excellent for a very good fee.
I love my mirrors, and that’s what matters.

Would not recommend this place. Order was not ready on time. I got there on time rushed through traffic. I was told that they needed 15 more minutes I had to use the restroom and the owner’s wife was extremely rude told me to go to neighboring businesses. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with service and unprofessional treatment. I do not recommend for anyone to do business with them.

I placed an order for two small cabinet door panes on a Friday, to be ready for a dinner party the next Friday. The lady who took my order and money said no problem, it should only take three days, and they’d call me when the glass came in. Fast forward until Tuesday, and nobody called me, so I called them. The lady I spoke to said that it was scheduled to be delivered the next day. On Thursday, I called before coming by, and the lady said it was running late, but «might be» delivered before Friday. Needless to say, it didn’t come in on time, and I still don’t have the glass installed. Just do what you say you’re going to do, is that too difficult?

Phenomenal service and fairly priced. Definitely will be using them for retrofitting my old windows in the near future. Thank you guys so much!

Had two of our windows broken. The first day we called they set up both of our windows to be fixed right away. Our first window we were able to take in and have fixed the same day we called– we dropped it off and picked it up within 4 hours. My husband and I just remodeled our bathroom and had custom glass installed and it looks amazing. They did such an excellent job fitting the glass so it’s seamless. We had them seal around the glass on the bottom of the shower and noticed a small area where water was coming through. Honestly, not a big deal at all due to the nature of our shower, so we gave them a call letting them know and they were out here with no issues, on time and SUPER friendly. We HIGHLY recommend Lemon Grove Glass and would definitively use them again!

They have helped me on two or three occasions. Small business, friendly, helpful, reasonable, and they do good work. You get good service from people who know what they are doing. I find it a better alternative than the ‘big box’ retail-​type stores.
