JC WEBB TOWING

Yesterday I had a stressful situation as I needed my vehicle to be towed. The first towing company that my insurance sent was not equipped or experienced enough to tow my car safely without ruining the transmission. (Story too long to explain and I won’t bash that company)… The end result is… J.C. Towing sent Marcos, who assessed the situation, hooked my car properly, and did it in a cheerful, professional, and efficient manner!!! I felt the weight of my problems lifted knowing I am being taken care of by a reliable honest company… Marcos made me feel relieved during the short ride to my mechanic with just small talk. Not only is his job transporting vehicles, he also has to deal with the owners of the vehicles. That in it’s self must be difficult, yet he did an awesome job destressing my situation… Thank you J.C. Towing staff for allowing my insurance to be used yesterday and thank you for hiring experienced employees who think about the customer’s vehicle. They represent your company and I am glad to have been helped by Marcos/J.C.Towing. I highly recommended this company to others.

A blowout on the RV was not the perfect end to our perfect weekend getaway, but at least we had good help to get it fixed.
Richard was very personable and professional in helping us. He worked very hard to get us back on the road as quickly as possible, and even though our circumstances presented some challenges, he never complained or indicated his frustration. Good business and a fair price considering all he went through for us.
