Lemoore Recreation Center

This recreation center is awesome. I go 5 days a week to run the indoor track. The track is great because it’s somewhat padded. The recreation center is open good hours for working people or just early risers. The bathrooms have just been remodeled and are really nice. The Center offers exercise classes for seniors, in addition to other senior events. It also holds many other activities for all ages.
I do have a couple issues with the Recreation Center. In the summer it is so hot and stuffy because there is no air conditioning. Many of my friends don’t exercise with the seniors during the summer and personally, it is too hot, humid, and stuffy to run the track during the extreme heat. This puts a halt to summer exercise activities unless I join the gym and I quit my gym membership in favor of the Recreation Center. People need a place that they can walk, run, and exercise during the summer. this place will be an A+ and 5 stars when that happens but until then it is actually not even up to health standards for seniors during the summer. The «big fat fans» just push the heat around. Air conditioning was needed before new bathrooms.
The intent is there for a place to go for everything. Certainly air conditioning has to be somewhere on the mind of the City?
