Jose Rubio is a very polite man. Alex sold me right away. Jose was thorough. He addressed all of my concerns. Listened to me about problem areas with ants. He understood my dislike of fleas and chiggers. My dogs even liked him, and that goes along way with me. They don’t like many. They paid him no mind and to me that shows character.

I’m new to Joshua’s Pest Control, but have been very impressed by their company. I normally do not sign up for things that people are going door to door with, but Tyler was very impressive with his information about Joshua’s and it was a great 1st service deal. Mike came at the beginning of our window of time since he knew we needed to leave for a ball game. This was very much appreciated. He was very professional and did a thorough job inside and out. I look forward to not having the random spiders and ants running through our house.

I am a new customer to Joshua’s Pest Control and boy am I super impressed! Not one to purchase from those who appear at my door I was so blown away by their sales rep Scott that I agreed to their service on the spot without even discussing with my husband! Scott was professional, engaging and very knowledgable. He is definitely an asset to the company. My next encounter was with the office staff. Although I called in after hours, I received a call back promptly the very next morning! Kacey, K’Loni and the rest of the office staff are genuine and thoughtful. Oh boy, here we go again! The pest control salesmen are back door-​to-​door. The two gentlemen who visited today were pushy, but that’s to be expected. I was actually considering signing up until he started showing me a list of my «neighbors» who are all clients of their service. Which is a cute idea, if those people actually are your neighbors or live in your neighborhood or are real! Just to be sure, after I told them no, I checked our neighborhood directory and another place. couldn’t find those last names. So. next time you’re going to name drop, just try the Smith family because chances are, you probably have a Smith nearby.

Just make sure you know what you’re signing up for. I wasn’t comfortable once I figured out how much I was actually paying later after the sweaty salesman worded the contract protocol and once I read further it was way more expensive than I thought and I pretty much didn’t have any great options of getting out of it so I have to suck it up and finish the 12 months. Hopefully at least I’m getting what I’m paying for. The servicemen left my gate open I have dogs but otherwise they have been nice and helpful when I have questions.
