History
Established in 2012.
Dr. Skidmore relocated back to the Overland Park and Lenexa, KS area after her family and business were impacted by the Joplin tornado in late May of 2011. She is thrilled to be part of this team and to provide a pleasant experience, one patient at a time.

Business Owner
Dr. Julia Skidmore grew up in Prairie Village, Kansas, and attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, where she received honors from the Prosthodontics department and national recognition for public health. Her thirst for knowledge continued after graduation, and she went on to become a certified Invisalign provider, Dawson Dental Academy alumni, and trained in lasers, same-day crowns, TMJ treatment and conscious sedation.
She has also been recognized by Consumer Report’s Top Dentists in America Award, received Cambridge’s Who’s Who Recognition, and most recently was named one of Fifteen Most Influential Women in the greater Joplin area by the Joplin Tri-State Business Journal.
