Can you give less than one star? I went for lunch this week and Pie 5 has been one of my go to spots but this location won’t be ever again. I ordered the classic Italian salad and the guy took the tongs and put nothing but salad on it, and not much of it. When I asked him about all the other stuff that was listed as ingredients on the menu he told me they were extra. When I got to the register the cashier said the salad looked sad and I said I agree. I have had it at other locations and it was great. As we discussed how terrible it looked the shift leader came over and said«well technically according to headquarters this is what it’s supposed to look like.» I asked her about all the other ingredients and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I have eaten the same menu item at several different locations all over the country so I know it’s not the company’s problem it’s obviously the management of this location. I choose to to be a patron of this location in the future.

I stopped in here this afternoon for a quick lunch on our way through town. I have heard so many wonderful things about Pie Five and was excited to try it. Entering the store, I have to admit I was a little turned around. It took me a second or two to figure out where to order. Then I had to figure out what kind of pizza crust I wanted. I chose the Tuscan Chicken with a thick crust. The employees were really friendly and made sure I wanted the Tuscan as is and didn’t have any substitutions. They made the pie with the fresh ingredients place in front and then the pie went into the oven. Less than five minutes later, my pizza was piping hot and ready to eat. Thanks to Unilocal,I scored my first Pie Five pizza for only $ 5 — due to their check in coupon. For $ 5, I really enjoyed my lunch and look forward to returning! Side note: the woman in front of me, had her pizza messed up at the last minute when the employee was adding sauce on top of her pie. They apologized profusely for the mistake, made her a new pie AND gave her a coupon for a free pizza next time. Great service!

Interesting concept. Custom pizza in five minutes! You can choose a pizza selection or have the add your own custom toppings. Staff is fast and friendly. You can get beer and wine here but if you get wine, they’ll give you a crappy cup to drink it out of. The pizza was ok. Toppings didn’t seem to be of super high quality. I’d definitely check them out again to try other combinations of toppings.

I’m a Pie Five fan, and this location didn’t disappoint. The service at the counter was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. When I pointed out a topping(corn) I had not seen before, the young lady also pointed out a few other new toppings and asked if I wanted to add them to my pizza. Of course the pizza was ready in just five minutes, and tasted great. I especially liked the crispy artisan thin crust, and the fresh toppings. The Unilocal check-in offer($ 5 for a pizza) was also very nice.

Really digging my trips to Pie Five. This is «fast food» pizza style restaurant that is anything but the norm as far as pizza goes. They have plenty of good options for pies here including pan and thin crust options. Make your way through the line Chipotle-style, pick and choose your ingredients, and be served up with a quick pie in about five minutes. It’s a local concept that is taking hold across the region as a quick and easy pizza option that is made with healthier ingredients including their house made marinara sauce. Don’t miss a trip here for a pie in about five minutes.

This one feels a little smaller than some of the other Pie 5s, shoehorned into an older building, but it’s the same good food. Service was quick and friendly. I like the thin crust, it comes out of the speed-oven with a pleasantly crisp edge. They currently have a check-in offer on Unilocal that will save a couple bucks, too… who doesn’t like that?

The food was good but the restaurant was messy(most tables not wiped, bench seats full of spilled pizza toppings).

Came in here about a week ago and was pleasantly surprised at not having to wait long to order and get food. Tried the buffalo chicken(with pepperoni & some bacon) and it was perfect. The sauce was great, toppings seemed good, and it was cooked perfectly. Decided on a Caesar side salad(Yeah that’s become my thing) and it was pretty tasty. I think the best part was that the pizza and salad made for the perfect size portion. Normally I don’t comment on much besides the food/service, but the bathrooms have the ever fascinating auto-dispense soap, faucet, built-in hand dryers(and those cost a fortune/are worth every penny).

Pie Five is one of my favorite pizza places. It is so fast — you get whatever you ordered in under 5 minutes. This makes it easy for me to go there on my lunch break and get a cheese pizza with all types of cheese! Their dessert pizzas are delicious, and I don’t even have a sweet tooth!

I went to Pie Five for the first time in the last two weeks, and have been there twice more since. Obviously, I liked it enough to go back, but my experience as a whole is mixed. I like how easy it is to get a customized pizza, fast. The staff is very engaged and it shows. That said, even with the staff working hard and fast, it takes a bit of time to move through the line and then get your pizza cooked — and they don’t currently offer online ordering. I like that their pizzas are a flat rate of $ 6.99 and you can get a combo for $ 9.99. The combo comes with a drink and your choice of salad or dessert. For those who care, they offer the Coke Freestyle machine so you have about a bazillion drink options, plus they offer little single serve bottles of wine and beer.(I don’t even drink alcohol, but I think the bottles are cute!) My ONE recommendation? Get their turtle brownie. Most restaurant brownies aren’t worth the cash or the calories, but with toasted walnuts on top, be sure to grab one of these.(Shh, last time I bought two!) The bad? My first pizza was absolutely delicious. My second pizza was spicy. It wasn’t supposed to be. I don’t blame the staff, but the signage for the company special only said«marinara blend» not«spicy marinara blend». That was incredibly frustrating. My third pizza, which I ate in my car outside the restaurant, wasn’t even hot! It was barely warm, and this is with me eating it immediately. Again, frustrating. It’s not something that’s going to change your world, but it may be easier than arguing over pizza toppings with your family. I prefer the pan pizza. They also offer a popular thin crust, but it was more crunchy than crispy, which isn’t my taste.

Someone described this place as the«subway of pizza» which is about right. Not bad, but definitely not awesome. I needed something fast, inexpensive, and well, good enough. The pizza is literally made to order and rolled through a super fast oven. I think it took like 4 minutes tops for my customized individual pizza to bake. Nice bonus over subway, I could get a mini bottle of wine to make it feel«fancier» :) I mean, it was Woodbridge so it was only SO fancy. But beggars can’t be choosers. $ 6.99 for a pizza or salad, but I had a Unilocal Chick-in offer for $ 5 any way you want it pizza. Not bad, because with the wine it was under $ 11.

We chose this restaurant based on location, reviews, and the fact that we had our two kids with us, age 5 and 10. The coupon on Unilocal definitely helped our decision along. The kid pizzas are smaller than a lot of other restaurants. Other than that, it was fantastic, and the flavored and time to wait on food was excellent. Think about it at as a Subway for Pizza!

Good pizza. I got the margherita pizza with marina added on the recommended artisan crust. I really like the crispy, thin artisan crust, and I definitely will order this again. I am not crazy about the margherita pizza though. I prefer diced, rather than large, tomatoes on top as they overtake each of the pizza slices. I would have also preferred to just diced or sun dried tomatoes instead, so I will be sure to ask for them next time. This was my first visit and now that I have a stronger idea of what to expect, I will build my own pizza next time. I have given this 3 stars because I liked the crust and the cheese was fine(not bad or exceptional) but I am not sure if I am crazy about the pizza. Before deciding on whether I like it or am just«meh» I will need to go again and try building my own.

Great concept! Basically it’s the Subway/Chipotle concept brought to pizza. Four different crust options, lots of toppings and sauces, and even some specialty combos that provide something for everyone. Place your order, and by the time you reach the cash register your pizza is ready… fabulous! Add in the turtle brownie and salad options, and you have a nice meal. The drink dispenser is a bonus with lots of flavor combos as well. And very reasonably priced. Would have given 5 stars, but they don’t have any kids’ menu options… would be nice to have something with smaller portions for the little ones.

When it comes to quick and easy pizza, it’s tough to beat Pie Five. It’s like the Subway of pizza… Do with that what you will. I mean, it isn’t going to be the best pizza you ever had, but for the price, the convenience… well, I can’t complain. I mean, first off, it’s pretty hard to screw up pizza. They’ve got a few different crust options, sauce options, and plenty of toppings to choose from. If you can’t construct a pizza you would like, well, you are either way too picky or too stupid to put a pizza together. Typically when we’ve gone, the line has been pretty short but when longer, it typically moves quickly. The exception to that isn’t the fault of the staff but the morons who can’t decide what they want in a timely fashion. Seriously, these people should be slapped, not patronized, but whatever. I guess that is a sign that Pie Five has pretty decent customer service because they don’t yell at dumb people. Or perhaps I’m just not made for customer service… Anyway, they do their thing quickly and you aren’t waiting long for your food. In addition to pizza, they’ve got a few salad options as well as dessert options. The pizzas I’ve gotten have always been tasty(Because I know how to make a tasty pizza because I’m not a moron) and I’ve been satisfied. For the price, that is all I’m really looking for. To have my hunger satiated and enjoy the taste of it. Pie Five gets that done for me every time.

Now my favorite lunch pizza place. Customized pizza like a chipotle/subway format in less than 5 minutes. Dough is made fresh daily and ingredients are fresh. My favorite is the Pesto Chicken Alfredo pizza with the pesto/balsamic drizzle on top. Delicious!
