I special ordered a marine engine part from O’Reilly’s auto-​parts on May 8, 2014. I was told it would be in Saturday, May 10 or Monday at the latest. They took my name and cell number and I have yet to hear anything from O’Reilly’s auto-​parts Lenoir City. My wife check in later that week and ask about the part. They told her it was back ordered and would be in the following week. Today, May 25, I stopped in and they told me, without apology, that the part was never ordered.
There are a lot of good auto parts stores in this area. Do not bother with this one. For any item.
