History

Established in 2014.

Window Genie began in 1994 in Cincinnati, Ohio as just a window cleaning company. Rik Nonelle quickly realized the need for other services and expanded into more advanced home cleaning. The company began franchising in 1998 and has grown to over 70 franchises as of 2014. We are the one stop shop for advanced home cleaning with customer service as our driving force.

Hello my name is Debbie and I am the proud owner of Window Genie of SW Knoxville. I purchased the Window Genie franchise in May 2014 and have been having fun providing the WG services to the area. Originally from Texas, I have always dreamed of living in the Volunteer State and six years ago was able to make the dream a reality. I have an Associates Degree from Montana State University of Great Falls, Montana in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. A year ago, I was able to purchase a small farm and thoroughly enjoy doing the chores that keep the farm going. I am excited that I am able to meet and offer valuable services at an affordable price to the wonderful people of Tennessee, including those from the diverse and thriving cities to the tranquil and relaxing farmland.
