History

Established in 2009.

With over 20 years of experience in the restoration industry, Randy & Kim Williams moved to the Granite Falls, NC area to open SERVPRO of Alexander & Caldwell Counties.

All SERVPRO professionals are fully certified through the IICRC and uniformed. We are accredited with the BBB, members of the Chamber of Commerce, Home Builders Associations, Realtor Association and local Rotary Clubs.

Business Owner

Randy grew up in upstate New York, where he went to high school with his wife Kim and attended State University of New York at Cobleskill.

In the restoration industry since 1992, Randy and his wife Kim moved to Hickory, NC in 2007 after spending 10 years in Wilmington, NC as a General Manager of a fire & water restoration company. Randy holds many certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) as well as SERVPRO Industries.

When he has time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children at the lake.
