I ordered the number 9 food was good server was not he forgot to bring silverware before food came out he did not properly introduce himself and when he brought out app on tray he had other tables apps he was holding I would be pist if my app was in another customers face and he did not come back to ask how everything was and took way to long to come to table when first ordering this is a new place and with poor serves they will not last long it needs waiters with personality

Very cute Vietnamese place. We stopped here by chance looking for food. The phở broth is delicious and the spring rolls are perfect.

It’s great to have more diversity with restaurants in Leominster, MA where chain restaurants seem to dominate. Lemongrass adds to the much needed diversity in this town. With that being said, I was surprised when I walked into Lemongrass — and surprised in a good way. You walk in and you’re greeted with a welcoming staff and a cute ambiance. I started with their signature app, Lemongrass Chicken Wings, and it was layered with flavors — the right amount of sweet, spicy, and salty. I then got the vermicelli bowl loaded with shrimp, eggs roll, and grilled meats. Super good — albeit the meat was a little overcooked for my liking but not a mood killer. Overall. great ambiance, a warm staff and excellent food. It’s definitely a hidden gem and I’ll be back!

Just okay. They’re new and they need to learn a few of the finer points. Just slapping food on a plate won’t make it in today’s competitive market. The waitstaff needs to be trained so they keep their fingers off the rims of the glasses. The apps are way over-priced. Not really a lot of food for the money. I’ll let them learn a bit more before I go back.

My first visit was during the week of grand opening. Service was a bit slow which is expected from a newly opening restaurant. Their phở was excellent so I had to come back and give them another shot! Their wait staff is super friendly and their service has definitely picked up. They appeared to have gotten the hang of things! Once again their phở did not disappoint. I can’t even count how many different restaurants I have tried phở from and this one is by far the best! If you had an unpleasant visit the first time I would suggest giving them another chance! You won’t regret it!

I’m a regular in Chinatown, and frequent all of the Phở restaurants in the area. My visit to Lemongrass was just a flavorful and fresh. I had the com suon nuong(pork chop over rice) and I was very pleased. I’ll definitely be going back!

I have to say the staff there are very nice. the owner is very sweet and polite. I feel bad leaving this review but I had high hopes for this place because there is no good phở restaurant around here. I’m constantly traveling to Lowell and Worcester for phở so I have high expectations on this place but unfortunately the phở broth is lacking flavor and the basil veggies seemed very bland. The beef balls seemed like a cheap brand of beef balls, there was no flavor in them at all. I’m quite disappointed I hope they improve on their broth and maybe ill be back

This was my first visit and Lemongrass has only been open for a week or two. I ordered the beef & lemongrass fresh rolls which were tasty. For lunch I had the regular Phở Ga which was quite good. I wish the chicken had been sliced a bit thinner to spread it out a bit more. Overall a very good visit. I will be stopping in again to sample more of the menu.

We love Vietnamese cuisine so were happy to see a new restaurant in the area. Unfortunately Lemongrass was a disappointment. We ordered 3 appetizers — crispy egg rolls, spring rolls and pork meatballs. We also ordered phở and teriyaki chicken entrees. The spring rolls were served, then the phở. The other appetizers had yet to appear. Finally they did appear, along with the teriyaki chicken entrée. The three small crispy egg rolls had a strange taste, and seemed as if they contained only mushroom. The pork meatballs were very nearly tasteless, and did not seem to have been completely cooked. The spring rolls were standard, though on the small side. The phở was ok, came with standard accompaniments; broth a little lacking in flavor. The teriyaki chicken was a skimpy serving of undercooked, bland chicken with white rice and a few sliced cucumbers on a half leaf of iceberg. All in all, not a satisfying meal. We won’t be back.

Having never had Vietnamese food so I was a little nervous. The wait staff explained each item as I tried it. It was a Great experience and I would defiantly go again ! The atmosphere is cozy and quaint but roomy enough to have a group dinner. The Phở(with the eye round steak) was great and Huge! The spring rolls and chicken wings were so good also! Will be back for sure. Love seeing new restaurants in the area :)

Layers of flavor is what you get when you visit Lemongrass. We had the veggie Phở, spring rolls and chicken wings. Every dish was amazing and satisfying. We also learned about Vietnamese iced coffee — if you are a coffee lover, it is a must-try. Our table also ordered a strawberry and mango smoothie — both were creamy, satisfying and came with fresh fruit garnishes. We can’t wait to be in Leominster again for a another delicious meal.

Maybe some jitters early on, but a rough first visit to these guys. Service was extremely slow, and we were given the wrong food. When we corrected it, it took several minutes as multiple servers didn’t know the menu, and we had to continuously point out that they had multiple kinds of spring rolls on the menu.(This also happened to the table next to us). The Vietnamese coffee we ordered was filled with grounds. The spring rolls were extremely tough and chewy, and the phở was extremely oily. While I liked the wings, $ 6 for 5 wings is a tall price to pay. Not sure we will go back, as TOV is a home run every time, but hope they can clean up the issues.
