After bothering me through text message to take the bad review down. I had to block his number. Elmir S. then sent me a Unilocal message again threatening to publicly reply to my review. He tried to bribe me with offering to look at my paperwork. Um… no thank you, I told him for a person to think to the extreme that I would disrespect his property because I had sent a text was not a landlord I would want to have. However, great news! Shortly after dealing with that, I had the pleasure of working with a company called KMS Solutions! They were great! They didn’t ask for text messages and responded to my calls promptly. They showed me apartments before doing any type of paperwork. I was in an apartment in no time! Anybody looking for an apartment with no hassle just contact KMS Solutions 978−696−5283 :)
What Elmir S. didn’t read properly was that they showed me the apartment «before» doing paperwork. So, yes they did check my qualifications. They did the whole nine yards; background check, credit check, proof of employment. KMS Solutions is legitimate, reliable, and not a scam.
