Dyezz Surveillance & Security

I’ll start by saying that I didn’t end up choosing Dyezz (because the other company’s multi-​account discount was lower than normal), but I am leaving 5 stars because the customer service experience was stellar. Wes Mayhew was the design specialist who I spoke to on the phone, who came out to do an assessment, and who bent over backwards to work within my micro-​budget. He was not pushy. Rather, he was accessible any time, helpful with questions, and was thorough with his assessment.
These guys have a good reputation and it’s easy to see why. Lots of companies who do this have the technical expertise to do installs and offer great technology. But if the customer service is bad, none of that matters.
I highly recommend Dyezz for business and home service. You will not likely be disappointed.

Very impressed with sales, service, technicians. Instead calling multiple folks to accomplish very little one call took care of all. Extremely fast response, very knowledgeable folks. I found out things about my system, now 24 years old, that other companies never informed me about.

The best security service in town! Dyezz came out, did an assessment of the old system and gave us several options. We upgraded a bit and they worked out a great payment plan to make it happen. They also initially gave me some price quotes on the phone when I first called which I really appreciated because many would not.
After the initial install we had two problems with the sensors but they made several visits to correct them right away. I was initially frustrated with this but they fixed it quickly with no fuss. Both guys that came out to work on the system were very nice as well!

I transitioned from ADT to Dyezz with a hassle free experience. The service is fantastic and everyone is really friendly. It’s like having your own personal security service. You will not just be another customer account number, but a valued member of something bigger. I would recommend Dyezz to anyone I know, and after all that… It’s a killer value at $ 14.99/Month. You won’t find this level of service and professionalism from any other company at this price point. Period.

I use Dyezz Surveillance & Security in San Antonio and I am very happy with the product and customer service. They do an excellent job of giving me peace of mind for my two car lots here in San Antonio at Holiday Motors. Prior I had ADP and the prices were about double and the service wasn’t any better. John the owner is the cream that rose to the top! Since they are a home grown company, they take care of their customers like you are family. A+++++++++ and Highly Recommended!!!

These guys knocked it out of the park. They were able to educate me in exactly what I needed for my home, including alarm system. Great, honest, reliable, guys who actually saved me money with their advice. Very patient and amazing customer service.
