The service is not good. I usually visit the store because of the distance, but I don’t feel that they are kind and nice to the customers. Also, they don’t look to be honest for running the store. They use the points with customers receipts. I haven’t experienced this kind of things in any other stores, but I’m very disappointed with everything. I think that I go to another store even though the distance is a little bit far.

Poor Customer service. It would be a miracle if they got a cup of coffee right. They don’t speak English and are racist. They’ll give free munchkins to white children only. I went in with a friend and her 2 kids who are Korean and they completely ignored her children who were standing right next to mine and they gave my little girl a free munchkin & not her kids.

Unfortunately is a necessary evil as it’s the only one in town … it’s by far the WORST one — even worse then the one on 2nd and Washington in Hoboken(we just moved to leonia) … I wish there was another option!

This is the worst run dunkin donuts I’ve ever been in. Unfortunately it’s in my hometown. The coffee us hit or miss. The worst thing about it is the completely incompetent and slow staff. They are constantly bickering with each other when there is a long line. They always seem befuddled when ordering ice cream.

Food and drinks are typical dunkin, but the service is much slower than avg. Have to wait to get help, have to wait even longer to get product. No coordination need to better train on assembly line. Should Consider ordering online so I can get my food soon as I walk in

in my town — go all the time — delicious coffee and convenient location — my daughter loves the ice cream and my wife loves the pink bubble gum ice cream to

Started coming here because it is also a Baskin Robbins where I like the Iced Cappy Blast and also the DD closer to me is not good. For whatever reason most of the DD I have been to do not seem to know how to make this drink. It came out this year, it is straight from the carton with ice, not blended with ice cream, but whenever I order, and again at many different locations, it seems to be I have asked for the most difficult drink in the world to make. The young girl here finally got it right. I came in often enough that she knew immediately and would make it perfect. Once time she was not there and I believe the manager guy made it and he also did make it good, anybody else there has no clue. Pretty clean, donuts are pretty fresh when we do get them. Parking is not so great.

It’s hard to even give this location one star. It is terrible. Because of convenience I’ve been here many times, but I don’t think I can take the poor service anymore. This morning, after ordering my DECAF coffee, I watched the girl empty a pot of regular into my cup. When I reminded her I asked for decaf, she reached for the decaf pot to fill it(over the regular). I told her I didn’t want ANY regular, so she emptied the cup in the sink and proceeded to rinse it out with water and try to reuse the cup. I asked for a fresh cup and thankfully she obliged but never apologized. She then went on the make two of the worst breakfast sandwiches(with bacon-egg-cheese). They were ice cold! My time as a customer at this location has come to an end!

I would give one star but the convenience of this location made me up it. The workers are very difficult to understand at times and can be very terse and rude. Many times I have simply order«one medium regular hot coffee with milk and sugar, please» and when they go to make it they bark back at me «what kind of coffee?! what size? milk and sugar?!» Just listen, please. I made it easy for you! Coffee just tastes water downed and burned a lot of the time. I’ve bought DD beans and made myself coffee and it’s not half bad, but it’s just not strong enough in-store for me. Iced coffee is okay, but still watery and if you ask for sugar, they will use granulated. Make sure to ask for liquid sweetener or you’ll get a collection of undissolved sugar at the bottom of your cup. Hot food can take a while for them to make, too. They don’t seem to have an urgency for anything other than drinks in the morning. I like the hash browns but everything is just obviously premade and reheated(like all other DD). Donuts, like all other DD, are sub-par. All come in the big truck in the mornings, premade and hard. Relatively limited seating awkwardly pushed up against the walls. Almost always sticky and dirty tables with used napkins or straws. Overall, sub-par food and drink, terrible service.

Coffee always seems burned. Employee just was coughing while preparing my coffee and handling food. You also can’t understand some of the workers.

I really like to go there. Well, who can’t love dunkin donuts right? Their donuts taste delicious and I also like their bagel. Everything there is pretty good. However, I really didn’t like how it wasn’t sanitary, it was loud, and the service wasn’t so good. The workers are never paying attention and they NEVER. Smile. I think there could be some changes that will make it a really good place to go.

Watered down coffee, service is rude most of the time. Ice cream is good and well it’s a dk donuts so it’s cheap. They also close early.

What can I say, it’s dunkin donuts. Yes there is one like every block in the city. There is one like every mile in bergen. What makes this particular one special? It’s right by pal park K town. Broad av. certainly has become more and more eclectic with all these chains from Korea and it’s nice to see some«domestic» chains still hangin in there. I really wish we had dunkin in the west, the old fashion cake is just so good.

There is no sense in describing food there — it’s Dunkin Donuts, for God’s sake! The service is consistently friendly, helpful and with a smile. Coffee is fresh and hot. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that they took away outside seating they used to have. Support your local business!
