Miller’s Ale House – Levittown

This is a place to go! We walked to the bar and was greeted by Christine with a warm smile. She took our order, she was phenomenal great food and service thank you Christine keep up the good work at Millers Ale House in Levittown.

I love this place. The service is good… I love the bar and the vibe here is always great … I love all the tvs and how you can watch different games at the same time … The food is good and the drinks the same !!!

Miller’s Ale House is a very valuable establishment for its consistent delivery of atmosphere, bar food, drinks, and friendly service. Been coming here since it opened up to hang out with friends and to watch basketball games, and the experience is always consistent.
They have cheap drink specials ($ 3 Coors Light pints, and bucket specials), and they always give you a ton of food for the entrees. Although they changed their after 10pm specials, their current deals are still pretty good ($ 5 appetizers and $ 2 Miller Lite pints, etc…). They have a lot of TVs all over the place and servers are very friendly and attentive for the mosy part.
Prices here are very good, but not low enough to warrant 5 stars. Some of my favorite entrees are the Big Red, Philly Cheese Steak, and Chicken Nachos.
Glad Miller’s Ale House has stood the test of time till this point.

Last time I was here, the food was great, beer was good, and atmosphere is great. Not as good as I remember them to be this time around. It was just so-​so. Everything about the place is just OK. Whatever the change is, it’s something’s up with this restaurant, and I’m not sure if it’s a good thing. I sure hope they turn it around, because I like them.
At the very least, the service was good and mostly quick and attentive.

Eat here about once a year every year it’s a little worse. Sunday we had the chicken nachos which were a large portion with a very small amount of guac which was a dollar extra and sour cream. They melt shredded cheese instead of using actual liquid nacho cheese so they were pretty dry.
I had the 35 fried shrimp which were served with cocktail sauce and no tartar sauce… This is Long Island fried seafood is served with tartar sauce. This came with sweet potato fries which were as expected.
My girlfriend got the 35 shrimp Alfredo which was not good. Don’t expect anything great from this it was flavorless and not creamy.
The beer was very cold and the waiter was good so those were the positives.

This has got to be one of the best sports bars in Nassau County. TV’s everywhere and a great food menu. Staff are always very nice and so is the clientele. For huge sporting events this is my go to spot.

5 stars! Our drinks were tasty and strong the food was awesome and more than anything our server, Justin, made our experience awesome! The security wasn’t annoying or pushy at all they checked ids and stamped our hands so we didn’t have to be id’ed again. The service was fast and it’s just an all around great place for some late night drinks and food. And again Justin was so attentive, funny, and on point with his recommendations for dinner. Get the wings they’re so good !! Would definitely recommend this location!

I came here on a double date and we were so impressed with the place and how amazing our service was. Our server was Justin and he was great. He made us laugh, gave us great recommendations on the food and made sure we enjoyed our experience at Millers. Our food was very good from the pasta to burger to wings. All very good and affordable. The place was big, nice and clean. They had security and the place was overall a great choice! Thanks again Justin!

It was great hanging out here. Only thing was I paid $ 10 to go see the fight and I missed the fist fight, which was my cousin because they didn’t start it in time… over all my time was great and my bartender was cool and was very aware of my drink. 4 stars because I miss my cousin fight.

In spite of the value that people often complement this place for offering, the way it is managed often leaves a lot to be desired.
We booked a small party, 18 to 25 people, for an early Monday night. The manager, Lance gave us his business card and assured us that we would have an excellent experience. Miller’s, you see, is my friend’s son’s favourite restaurant, and he was hoping to have his party, post confirmation, there. We booked a small part of their front room two months in advance. To be sure there would be no problem, my friend went over there today to make sure that no detail would be overlooked.
Well, can you imagine her absolute devastation when that same manager, Lance told her that he had not written down her reservation and that he would not honor the details they had agreed upon.
What a horrible example of an establishment not living up to the old adage that the customer is always right. I mean, in this case, what is he thinking? The woman is standing there with his business card in hand and he insists that he doesn’t remember booking this party. Are you serious, Lance? And for a place like Millers, at which my friend and her son dine most every Sunday after church, what a disappointment.
Something similar happened last year when my parents threw me a milestone birthday party at a lovely restaurant called My Mother’s Place. When we all arrived and there was a glitch in the reservation. but that restaurant and that manager could not have done more to accommodate us any better. And that was on the date when guests were arriving, as opposed to this which is six days prior to the party.
I am stunned at Lance’s foolish mistake. And sadly, this wise 13-​year-​old boy now considers Fridays his Favourite restaurant. The parties going to be at Friday’s needless to say, but it’s a shame because he really like the Millers.

Great food and excellent service!
Went to Millers Ale House last sunday for Lunch with one of my buddies. We were seated right away and the hostess told us about the special of the day. Then a minute after that, our server Denise came over to take us (She was nothing but Friendly, Attentive, and most of all professional)
We had an apple salad to start and it was good, then I oreder the «OSso Bucco“which was amazing, very tender and juicy. My friend got the full rack of ribs, he enjoyed them too.
Then for desert we got the Captain Ice Cream dessert which was really really good. Couldn’t finish it as we were full, but it was really good. I shall be back soon.

Cool place but no matter how much u drink, you just cant get a buy back, u suppose tbat tradition is truly dying. Service is good though theres always room for improvement. And yes, tbe zingers are freakin’ great!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Although the food is totally awesome and yummy the service sucks so badly at the Levittown location. I had a waitress named Francesca and she was beyond horrible. We waited 10 mins just to get three waters and a Dr Pepper. She never gave us extra napkins after asking about three times. Our food came out cold cause she waited so long to bring it over to us that we sent it back to get heated up. (Very annoying). Trying to find Miss Francesca was like trying to find Where’s Waldo and when I finally found her she was bulls**ting with her co-​workers. MILLERS ALEHOUSE YOU HAVE PISSED ME OFF SO BADLY WITH YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICE. HOWEVER YOU SHOULD STOP HIRING THESE LITTLE HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS WHO DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!

Good food great price always consistent.
I come to this location at least twice a year for a quick sit down dinner or appetizers. Nice big portions for the apps and the entrees are always consistently good. Tends to get very crowded and wait times for a table can be a bit annoying. Overall you get a decent meal for a decent price.
Drink specials are very reasonable for a night out with the boys or sporting event.

We spent 57.00 on dinner — the calimari was cold — the hamburger was burnt — I could care less about Large tvs as we went there to eat. the manager did nothing — he would not comp us dessert. They have lost customers and everyone we know. Great Place to get drunk with college kids but the food was some of the worst food i have ever taken the mexican dip tasted like paste and made at a factory — the food was not fresh it was processed.

Let me start off by saying this is the most RIDICULOUS parking lot I’ve ever come to. You have to go to a certain stop light to even get to this place. It’s not Miller’s fault, but it’s fairly annoying. Not being from around here, I had to make a U-​Turn 3 times to finally figure out how to get in this place.
The inside is decently large. I didn’t have a wait which was nice — although, it was a Monday night. We both ordered the same Well-​done burger with mushrooms, pickles and bacon (the menu has a make-​your-​own burger), and it was delicious! Unfortunately, I didn’t get to take a picture of it. But it was a good one! I love my burgers, so me saying it’s good — is a great thing.
The reason why I’m giving this a two is because I like the other restaurant in Smithtown so much better. I think the whole atmosphere in general has a better vibe to it. I wasn’t too much a fan of this place. This location does have a separate bar in a whole different room, too, which I think is pretty cool.
Also, while we were sitting there, somebody won an iPad on one of those machine games — always thought it was rigged so you could never win, but apparently it’s possible.

The apps r really good! Especially the wings and fried calamari! I mean it was delicious!!! The arcade area makes it friendly for kids to and that’s great. I will definitely come back.
Came back again tonight food was great of course but we had the rudest person sitting across from us, who did nothing but curse and talk loudly on her phone the entire time we were there. Very rude and we had small children with us. Ridiculous she was aloud to carry on like that.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner last Sunday night. Went to the bar while we waited for our table to be ready and were immediately greeted by the super nice bartender. When I asked to try a beer, she brought 2 others for me to try before I selected one. We were sad to leave the bar when our table was ready! Our table experience was not as good as our bar experience. We waited 15 minutes for our server to come to our table and then decided to jump ship and run back to the bar instead since they were SO awesome. Food was great! Jessica M was so nice about us making special requests with our entrees and Diane suggested the Cap’t Jack buried treasure for dessert (amazing). The bartending team was all in all, AWESOME :) Thanks Diane, Jessica M, Stacy, Dominique and Joe! (Joe we hope you found true love with the patron who wanted your number ;)). We will 100 000% be back!

I usually hate these big box type restaurants, but somehow Miller’s does things right.
First off… the food is pretty good… not 5 star gourmet, but solid pub fare… and there are a lot of options… (even a secret vegetarian menu)
Great for watching sports. There is literally a big screen TV in every direction.
Beer specials… Check… (also lot’s of variety)
Biggest downfall are that the wings straight up suck… They are not crispy nor are they spicy…
Fix the wings and stop calling them Zingers (seriously WTF is a Zinger)…
Truth…

Miller’s is the epitome of an American sports bar. They focus on marco and non-​craft beers though they do have some craft options available. The food is quintessential bar food. It’s served fast, is greasy, and is likely pre-​frozen. The main draws of Miller’s is that they offer intriguing specials and have many TVs throughout the restaurant giving every seat in the house a good vantage point.

Hmm. My husband liked this place bec he likes wings and beer. But as someone who likes good food and drinks, and i dont drink beer, it’s not a place for me. My cocktails were not well prepared. Sent them back and asked for water. Food was mediocre… Its OK if that’s what you like. Place is extremely LOUD and too many 20 something’s for my liking. To me its a kiddy hang out spot. So since I want Good Food and Real Margaritas, I’ll go elsewhere.

Really Millers? I ordered take out for my office and got the most ridiculous lunch I’ve ever seen. One us got a salad that we paid $ 9 that had to have been about a ½ cup of lettuce. And not for nothing, but they used the biggest PLASTIC containers for their food. A huge plastic container for a baked potato?! Really?! Such a waste. And forget ordering for anyone with an dietary preference. I had to order for a girl in my office who was vegan and they had nothing. Even their veggie burger had dairy in it. Get with the times Millers! Last time we’ll be ordering from there!

The food here kinda sucks unless your drinking heavily, which is good because this is the most lively place to get a drink and watch a big game, the atmosphere is always a five star bc there’s always passionate fans here, once you have a couple you can deal with the food. I go here all the time and will continue too.

Miller’s Ale House is a terrific place to watch the games and eat some better than average sports bar food. The selection is amazing and the nightly specials are really restaurant quality.
Thursday night watched my Vikings lose a heartbreaking football game versus Arizona. Now tonight it was the Giants winning a great game versus Miami. Thursday it was prime rib night, tonight it was baby back rib night. And yet I had the salad both nights; excellent with a somewhat spicy order of their signature zingers chicken fingers.
I’m not a drinker but the beer selection is tremendous and you can’t get a better value for your money then you always do at this place.

What’s there not to like about millers? Great place to grab a drink, watch a game, and eat food at a reasonable price.

Zinger Mountain Melt is awesome, boneless wings tossed in any sauce with fries, sour cream, bacon bits and green onions. This was the first time I went there and actually had a bad waiter the few other times was better service. Watermelon margaritas and the blue lit $ 10 pitchers are on point and if you mix them you’re gonna have a cocktail bukkake in your mouth and you will like it. Chicken nachos are huge. Sides are pretty fresh. Burgers are average. Great place for hangovers.

I came on a Sunday to catch football. Wow this place was packed. I couldn’t even get a table and it wasn’t even game time. They have great beer specials and food. I sat at the front of the restaurant with a bar and open windows. The only complaint I had was people were smoking too close to the restaurant and the smoke was coming into the restaurant. If you are coming for football on a Sunday get here early.

Had a great time here on Sunday morning with our server Kaitlyn. She was incredibly sweet, upbeat, and accommodating. THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF ANYTHING WE’VE EXPERIENCED IN NEW YORK. (I guess you have to go to Long Island!)
Zingers and Nachos are delicious, Beers are cheap, and TVs are aplenty. Don’t skip on this gem, and ask for Kaitlyn. She rocks, even though she’s a Jets fan

When someone stresses they have a food allergy, don’t load the food with it and then when it’s sent back, they just pick it off. I am super sick now. It’s not a joke if someone has to end up in the emergency room. On top of terrible service by people that have no clue what there doing being a server, you brought out everyone’s dinner at least 20 minutes apart! Terrible when your already done eating, and people you are with, haven’t even gotten their food yet! Don’t go here… it’s just a chain ran by clueless people.

This place was okay. We had a large party and they gave us 2 booths which was good enough. No complaints with that. The food was average. I really did enjoy to streamed clams for appetizer with Old Bay seasoning. Clams were streamed really nice. Definitely recommend that dish. The ribs were good but they were nothing to go nuts about. The meat was nice and fell of the bone but the flavor was missing something. They had watermelon margaritas pitchers for $ 10. Sounds like a great deal and it was good but I had drinks bigger than this pitcher. Barely filled up any cup we had twice! That was a disappointment. I had to get a beer to make up for that mess. It was an ok place. Service was ok. I would go here again and just not order certain stuff now that I know.

Went today and pretty sure my servers name was Janine. She was sweet and good at keeping my diet coke full. I was with a group and she took good care of us. We enjoy coming here every month.
The brisket sliders were delicious! I would definitely recommend them. There was little to no fat so you don’t have to worry. The buns were a little thick/​doughy and went down like a weight but still good.
The apple cranberry walnut salad was good, not great. We had it with chicken and yeah… It was a salad. I don’t recommend it or say not to get it. Up to you.

It’s a great place to come grab a drink (or two, ok get a pitcher) with some friends while enjoying some decent grub. The service is always very friendly and attentive. Prices for drinks and food are very cheap and I don’t know many other places/​bars that can compare.
Chicken nachos are huge and great for sharing. Zingers are tasty and are perfect if you are in the mood for wings. Cheeseburgers are cooked to the temperature you like and they always cook mine to exactly medium rare. (I also opt for a baked potato instead of fries and it’s no problem at all) lobsters on Wednesdays are always delicious and not over cooked. (Wish they brought back the stuffing!) brownie sundae is one of my fav desserts. Great for sharing.
If you’re coming for dinner get here early, place gets crowded fast.

I love this place. They have cheap beer specials all the time, and even a beer flight for like $ 7. Really?! I also happened to go this past Thursday when they had $ 2 bay breezes (my fave drink!) so for a change I didn’t get a beer here, couldn’t pass up a cheap bay breeze. If I’m going just for a drink I like sitting in the bar area that’s semi-​outdoors in the summer (towards back) and if eating, I like hanging at the high tables. Hugeeee place, so take your pick!
For food I highly recommend the enormous chicken nachos. Soooo good but you’d be actually insane to not share between 2 – 3 people. I don’t think I’ve ever finished them even with sharing. This past Thursday when I went, we asked our waitress to refill the nachos with cheese when we got towards the middle (it was really dry since all the goodies were at the top) and she gladly did so for us (SCORE!). Besides that, the buffalo shrimp is eh, lil more spicy than I would have expected.
They also have half off (I think) appetizers after 10pm– so my goal is to eventually make it there for that soon!

Living in the city, I usually avoid chain bars/​restaurants like the plague, but Miller’s brings plenty of character to an area in need of some more good hangouts!
Enter Miller’s and you’ll be initially overwhelmed by all the wood… it’s everywhere! Once the shock subsides, you’ll see there are three vibes to choose from — the quieter, more family-​friendly booth/​seated dining area, a U-​shaped bar with high top tables and billiards surrounding, and finally (towards the far end) a real «bar bar» with standing room only, which tends to be louder and favor a younger crowd looking to drink. Whatever your pleasure, you’ll be comfortable at Millers. Friendly staff and decent food will help you forget that this formula is replicated all over the country… hey, it works!
