Meet the Manager

Darcie S.

Manager

Darcie began her career with KinderCare in 1997 as a Preschool Teacher. She headed a training classroom and was recognized as an Honor Teacher. In 2001 she became a Center Director in our Cleveland Market. Darcie transferred to the Polaris location in 2003 and has been the Center Director there for more than 10 years. Darcie has supported NAEYC accreditation standards as both a Teacher and as a Center Director, leading her team through accreditation and maintaining accreditation. Darcie is an Accreditation and Programming Quality Team Leader for KinderCare and supports her district with accreditation providing high-​quality programs. She serves on the Elite Center Director team for her region, as well.
