Over a century old, the Lewiston Public Library today is an invaluable community asset. This important public repository of knowledge and culture serves as a focal point for education and information in Lewiston. It provides a wide range of needed information services to users of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds and, in so doing, it remains both a significant institutional symbol and a core working component of our democratic society.
