We are able to warranty and repair all brands even if we didn’t install the system as long as your current system falls under the manufacturers warranty or if you have proof of the date of install date. We specialize in residential and light commercial up to 25 tons.

Established in 2010.

At Cold Factor even though we are a newer company we have been in the industry for 20 years, second generation in the family to work in the industry. Our main purpose is quality and customer service not just selling new equipment, that is not something we just candidly say, but it is at the heart of our business. Our goal is to help you have the best home comfort possible while saving you money. We have a vast knowledge base of all the major brands and are continually educating ourselves on the newest technologies and energy efficiencies in the industry by going to classes and obtaining certifications. Business Owner

I have been in the industry since I was a small child going to work with my father every summer since I was 13 and now at 33 am running my own business here in north Dallas. It has been a blessing to have had all the training and being able to see the changes in the industry over the years. The most important attribute other than knowlegde is quality customer service and honesty and that is our mantra.

When not working I enjoy time with the family, boating, the occasional scuba dive and mountain biking.
