If anyone is looking for a plumber recommendation — I do NOT recommend Scott with Highland Village Plumbing. We reached out to Scott last fall to inquire about putting in a tankless hot water heater system in our home. We ended up choosing him to do the work for several reasons. He put in the tankless units and has since been out a few times to tweak and make adjustments. Each time however, it has been more and more difficult to get in touch with him. We try text and phone calls. Our system still requires one more part as recommended by the tankless hot water heater system company, but now after at least 10 phone messages and texts, we cannot get a hold of Scott for him to finish the job. This is incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We are 90% complete with the project but now the plumber is not returning phone calls or texts or making any efforts to follow through. He had a guarantee of service warranty on the system, outside of the manufacturers warranty, and it’s pretty apparent to us that we will not be seeing any of that warranty as well.
