Great service from Mackenzie… never had an empty beer glass. Wings were Super fresh and juicy… Great service great food… attentive professional service, she said she was new but she must have been well trained. Not like other Hooters… Above the rest!

The service here was great. I think the servers name was Brooke, I’m not 100% but she was great. The food was great as well. I’ve never been to Hooter’s but I was impressed. My only complaint was the restroom and the hallway the restrooms were in smelled terrible. The woman’s looked clean, but the smell was awful.

Awesome! Emily was our server, smiles, fun and a wonderful personality. When I travel, Hooters is my place and this is one of my favorite Hooters in the great USA. THANKS and keep up the great work! Ron

It’s getting better. New décor more drink and food options, and the service has, definitely improved. They’ve added more tvs with bigger screens and got rid of all the rickety tables.

The food is garbage but the beer is cold. Service is ok. The only decent food is the buffalo shrimp. The wings are all overcooked breading with little chicken. Some were lightly sauced and some had none at all. The boneless wings are all batter. I struggled to find any chicken.

Horrible service. Came in to get a beer and some wings. Got the beer and then got ignored for an HOUR. Never did get to order. Not the only one either, people were wandering around looking for their waitresses. Gave up and left. The talent was pretty bad too, and on a Saturday. Should have gone to the other place across the highway.

I have been here a few times. Hooters has the worst service ever, not just this location but EVERY location. We walked in and ho hostesses around. The waitresses are nice, but the service is always super slow. Be prepared, food comes out so slow for no reasons. It took almost 30 minutes for ours. The atmosphere is fine, chill, relaxing, hang out with friends, or watch the games. Price and portion is reasonable. Drinks are really bad. I mean really bad. I ordered margarita, and it turned out watery. Their bone-in wings tastes fine, a lot of batter crispy bread though. Don’t ever order boneless wings. They are no flavors, cold. They seem like shitty frozen chicken nuggets. Keep it in mind, if you sign up to be a membership, you will get free appetizer and free boneless wings on your birthday.

Drove by this Hooters yesterday, not having any plans, me, my wife and 2y/o went in for some wings. This was Sunday, Memorial Day weekend at about 2:30 and the parking lot had about 2 cars in it. Very strange, it looked like it was closed, I had to go up to the door to see if it was open, it was. We went in, there was no hostess as 2 waitresses closest to the door noticed us, but they were sitting and ‘entertaining’ their male guests(you know how the hooters girls do it) and failed to greet us. Instead the hostess showed up about 2 min later. I told her I thought it would be busier given Memorial Day weekend, she said it usually gets busy Sunday nite around 7:30.? Meanwhile, OTB next door was jam packed. Long story short, they’re remodeling. The place looks bad in it’s current condition, dirty bathrooms, paint missing on walls, wobbly tables outside, sign is broken outside… we sat on the patio so my 2y/o could walk around a bit. It was dead so we had the whole patio to ourselves. The waitress was very nice and professional, food was very good as expected from hooters. But they need to get this place fixed. Will give it another try once the remodeling is finished, but I’ll give a generous 3 stars this time, all credit to the waitress, will forgive the negatives due to the remodel.

I really like the Daytona wings extra crispy. You just can’t beat hooters, very traditional spot.

Just when I thought they couldn’t get any worse it can. We went in after a 18 month boycott thinking it has to be better but wings cold and soggy and staff almost non existent. Wont be back

I must say that the wait time to get my order has improved tremendously since my last review! Also My waitress was friendly and the Manager Ed was super nice… Also just an FYI if you join the Hooters Club you’ll receive a free appetizer.

I will start by saying Hooters is a regular spot for my wife and I. We love the wings and have pretty high standards for what we expect, given the price… This Hooters failed. We stopped in for lunch while on a very long road trip and we were looking forward to a good meal and some friendly service. Instead, we had service that was horrible for a fast food restaurant, let alone a Hooters. It took forever to have our order taken, the food was cold when we got it, and then no refills for over 15 minutes while eating the hottest wings they offer. We never saw a manager and just decided to give up and leave. No apologies, no offer to make it right.

OK I haven’t been to Hooters in over a year — since I had a worst experience ever at a restaurant at Hooters in Frisco. I would give it another try — ordered 10 wings to go ahead of time — which the lady informed me it will take about 15mins. Arrived at the location little early and sat down by the bar — this place is empty — then again I was there around 10 P.M. There was no one at the front door to greet — the girls were counting their money and receipts — the hours does say they close at 12 A.M. — I guess they are making sure everything checks out? Not sure. Service — **** out of ***** The bartender was very nice and friendly — couldn’t ask for more. She brought me the order and thanked me. I couldn’t give 5 stars as I didn’t dine there but overall even though it was late she was upbeat and with smiles… Food — * out of ***** I ordered all drums — which they charged me an extra $ 1.00 — I personally do not like the«wings». I asked for bentley sauce — which was OK. Here is where it got me; the drums were not crispy but very soggy; sauce wasn’t spicy at all but more tangy with little kick. Ok I can deal with that — but I asked for 10(TEN) drums but got only 7 drums with 3(three) God knows what it is — I wasn’t sure what it was but mostly it was just bones. So I ordered 10 wings and only 7 were eatable but didn’t enjoy it as it was just soggy — plus it left a bad taste that they KNEW3 pieces were not drums but some random parts they didn’t wanted to throw away. I asked for ranch — which they gave me one dipping sauce — which is not a big deal but it was only filled half way. Price — *** out of ***** I would say it’s reasonable priced but $ 1.00 extra for all drums? Seriously? Why is that? Not sure but I had to pay because it was there but this was never mentioned when I ordered it over the phone. Why was I not educated about this? Yes it’s only a $ 1.00 — but No I wanted to know the reason why but they couldn’t give me a firm answer. Final thoughts: Will I be back? Maybe not — it was over a year since I visited a Hooters«restaurant» When I’m craving for wings I’ll just go to Wingstops. I thought I would give them another chance — service was good but food was horrible — I learned my lesson now.

There’s an old saying. Once you seen some Hooters. You’ve seen them all. The food is nothing to brag about and neither is the staff. They really aren’t too friendly and all look under 16. We were checked on twice, if that. The place was fairly clean and the beer was cold. The bathroom was clean too. I order the buffalo chicken since a friend recommended it. It was like their breaded wings. Way too much breading, barely any sauce or meat. Seriously. More breading than chicken. Hooters in general really needs a major update on the menu. The Hooters brand is well known, but the food is bleh.

Great management … literally . ONLY the managers work their BUTTSOFF. The food is not hot … the waitresses are not friendly. They are busy talking with one another or talking to the«guy friend, customer» who came«ALONE» to eat wings. Ahem* Wings came late. and that was AFTER I asked the manager what happened to our order. Ranch and celery never came. EVER. and the fries were like they were never fried. They were ICECOLD. The only way this was resolved ever. was by asking the managers for help. poor guys …
