This was the worst experience I have ever had at a establishment in my life. There were multiple customers and the shop was busy– which it always is. I totally get it, it was a Friday night during Valentine’s Day weekend. There were 3 women waiting before me, one including a mother and her 12 – 13 year old daughter with her 2 toddler children and only 2 working. A group of teenage girls came in the store and left I’m guessing after seeing the long line. As one employee got up to checkout a customer the woman who showed up after me and the other customers sat in the chair to get her eyebrows done. The employee walked back to her chair and was going to do that woman’s eyebrows– I stood up and said the young 12 year old girl was before that woman and then it was me. The woman in the chair stood up said she was in a hurry and she needed her eyebrows done, apparently she knew the employee. I said that the order was so on and so on and that the young girl was technically next. The employee proceeded to tell me that she had not had lunch the whole day and was just trying to get her lunch break. I am not sure what that had to do the situation but nonetheless, the employee was going to proceed with that woman– she asked me if She could do that woman first. I said no, she should do the young girl before she did anyone. The poor young girl was too afraid to speak up because the other woman stood up and began screaming at me and walking towards me as if she was going to push or punch me. The employees just stood there and let the woman scream at me saying I was being rude and creating a scene and that the business owners, I’m assuming the 2 employees, could choose whoever they wanted to service and that was her. She sat down again in the seat and the employee kept walking back and forth and saying I’m tired I just wanna go and so on. The woman kept shouting the employees name and said she was busy and in a hurry and the girl needed to do her eyebrows. In the end the woman got what she wanted– her eyebrows done by an employee after cutting me and the other young girl. And the employees stood around the let that woman harass and bully me. They never stood up for me or did what was right. In a business like that you need a sign in sheet or some sort of system so it is fair– that is business. That’s how you keep customers. That’s how you show you are a decent business. I’ve been to this establishment nearly 50 plus times over the past 5 years, I’ve waited over an hour to get my eyebrows down, I’ve sat and been ignored by the employees because they were so busy but I was patient and sat and waited nicely even when others threw money in their faces, I’ve been a loyal customer through all of those things and more. I’m never going back again because I don’t think they treated me, a customer with any compassion or respect and they didn’t stick up for me when another customer down right bullied me– never stepped in, asked her to leave, called security, just watched it all happen. After the incident I went to my car and cried because it was truly the worst experience of my life. Please save yourself the hassle and pain and do not go to this establishment– and for those employees you should be ashamed to stand by and watch a young girl and young woman be harassed by another customer– stick up for what is right.

Asma is no longer there. Pretty saddening news. I hope she comes back, because she was really good. Other than that, this place is still great, just not the same without her.

Ok the first time I got my eyebrows done in this place was great, the girl did a great job on my eyebrows, very smooth, very well done. Today, the second time I came into this place. This one Indian girl, I did not see her name, but she literally did not put anything on my eyebrows before she started to thread it. and her thread broken 3 times when she’s doing my eyebrows WTF. And she made me hold on to my eyelids when she’s doing it, like are you effing kidding me?? and she did it like in 3 mins. the eyebrow hair is ALLOVER my eyes, and after she«cleans it» with a cloth rushingly. My mom saw the other 2 girls who are STILL threading carefully with their costumers before we came in, and my eyebrows are done already in like 3 mins. My mom was really pissed and didn’t give her any tips, I was a second away from not paying that 10 dollars. when I came out, my mom gives the mirror, then I see a bunch of left over eyebrow hair on my eyes. That was such a horrible experience, if I ever went here again, I well STAYAWAY from her.

I always come to Just Stringz at Vista Ridge Mall to get my eyebrows threaded. I personally go to Asma every time. She’s very good at what she does. I never have to worry about her over-doing my eyebrows, she gets them just right!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for about 8 months now and I never really had an issue. The first lady who did my eyebrows back in February, Hana, did a really good job, my eyebrows looked like they never did before. A few weeks later a new lady and they were okay but they needed touch ups. Well, today on my visit, Nadia was very sweet as usual but she rushed through the job taking frequent breaks to go talk to another customer an employee about the facial products and types of services for the face. She didn’t clean up loose hairs or trim them up(I’m part Arab — I NEED the trimming!) so she just took off some hair and that was it. This is what I paid $ 10 for. I’ll go back but it will be to Pralina not Nadia.
