Our entire Bartending School’s Program is built around these three components. You will learn to use two hands while making drinks, learn to minimize the number of steps to complete multiple drink orders, learn to accurately free pour liquor from ounce to 3 oz’s, and learn the proper fill levels of the different glassware as well as all the Garnishes that go with the cocktails. This is what the Premium Institute of Bartending is all about. It’s like our students say. «YOU GUYS GET IT!»

History

Established in 2007.

The Dallas/​Fort Worth Bartending Schools were founded by David and Rikki Phillips. Our background includes 20 years in the Bartending and Education Industry. We combined our knowledge of Bartending with our ability to educate people, and opened our Dallas Bartending School. Since then, we opened our second location in Fort Worth. We have students working all over the Dallas Metroplex. This includes, Dallas, Fort Worth, Addison, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Weatherford, Grand Prairie, Irving, Arlington, Garland, Carrollton, Richardson, Duncanville, Keller, Denton, and more.
