This place is so disgusting. I don’t know how it remains open. Dirty floors, paint peeling from the walls, dirty tables, etc. There was no soap in the bathrooms, but when we asked the cook if we could use soap from the kitchen, he said he didn’t have any and all he had was hand sanitizer. Yuck! The pizza display case was dirty and although there was pizza in it displayed for lunch, there was also stacks of paperwork all along the countertop inside the pizza case. The soda machine was out of order and most of the lights were turned off. Brick oven pizza? Are you kidding? There is no brick oven in this restaurant. If so, it is hidden in the back with the cleaner and hand sanitizer. Go down the road to Parma’s. Much better and cleaner.

First time customer. Wish I could give this place negative stars. Pizza was delivered after an hour and a half and cold. Called the restaurant and they really didn’t care. Offered me 50% off my next order. No thanks. Don’t waste your money. Carmine’s Pizzeria is much better.

Save your money. The food is mediocre for the prices. The pizza is decent. Wings and burgers are nasty. Was a loyal customer up until I realized I was over paying for decent food, and their drivers begging me for tips at my front door doesn’t help either.

What a great little place. The owner is very friendly, pizza is amazing. I’m a new yorker and really can’t tell the difference with the pizza here. Every time I go with my family we get two extra larger pizzas.

Tonight, on this relaxing valentines night, this establishment has really done the worse, We placed our order for delivery at 7:30, we didn’t get out food until 9:00, they didn’t call or make any attempt to communicate to let us know that their driver’s car malfunctioned and that our order would be late. Once the driver got here at 9pm shall I say, he accidentally dropped my burger at my door, so yea I was starving after and 1+ wait on the food, to have my burger dropped. I ordered cheese fries expecting some gooey cheesy fries, they might as well call it cold fries with a side of cheese sauce, yes you heard me correctly a side of cheese sauce. The last two times I ordered I have been severely disappointed initially the food was good, and the service was questionable. This place has really gone down. This will be the last time I order from this establishment,. YOUWILLBEDISAPPOINTED.

I’ve tried, and tried, and tried. I’m not sure if these folks care about customer retention but they’ve lost one. Keep ordering the same sandwich and each time something is missing. I really wanted to make this my go to spot but I’ve had enough. No more.

So I decided to stop in here during lunch. I found that the place does not have a woodfire oven. I got the lunch special two slices and a drink. The pizza tasted like an old frozen pizza. Don’t think I’ll be back.

My first time ordering from Romeo“s was quite disappointing. It took about 1 hour, that was ok, but the pizza dough was half cooked. I called them and the guy could not speak English, just sorry. Too bad I live across the street and will not order again! Way overpriced!

I have placed two orders with Rome’s via GrubHub. The first order came on time, was a burger sub and a salad. The food was pretty decent, not great but not bad. I figured this was primarily because I ordered a burger from a pizza joint, so probably my fault there. Second order, was also via GrubHub. My food took nearly two hours to arrive, the food was cold and the salad had the wrong ingredients, which happened to be why I ordered this particular salad because it didn’t have the ingredients I didn’t like. I ordered the salad and a 6″ pizza. The pizza, was cold and kind of stale, which I blame in part is the tardiness of the delivery. All in all, after two orders I was not impressed and would recommend passing on this joint.

Me and the family are visiting from Los Angeles. The kids asked for pizza. This was the highest rated delivery place on Unilocal. The pizza was ok. The kids ate it all but they aren’t real connoisseurs of great pizza. They are happy with Subway pizza so that should tell you something. I also ordered a caprese salad and penne with meat sauce. I am saving them for dinner but I assume they will be just ok too.

Despite the store sign, there is no brick oven in use here(or they don’t know how to use it). Pizza is one of those food were no two people like it the same way and this place I suspect is the same way. I ordered the New Yorker pizza(their take on a Margherita I suppose): decent ingredients on a tasteless chewy crust that is bland. The tossed Salad looked pretty but was equally bland. The garlic knots that came with the salad were tasty. Friendly staff, nice small dining room. Meh! I won’t be back.

I don’t normally give a 1 – 2 star review but this place was disappointing. We had wings, pizza, and antipasta salad. Everything was incredibly bland and the pizza was some of the worst I’ve ever had, from anywhere! It’s just not a place you want to waste the time/money on. Price was $ 30 for 10 wings, salad, medium 1-topping pizza. I gave 2 stars rather than 1 because the service was good and friendly, but the food was awful.

Was freezing cold. Wanted to charge us $ 3 to sub alfredo sauce. Got our food in an ok time. When I did get my food, the inside of my stromboli was still semi frozen and looked gross. Will never go there again.

I have been to or order from Romeo’s pizza with both pickup and delivery, and their pizza is really delicious, Romeo’s is one of those joints that you keep passing by and kind of without realizing it, but my roommate and I visited this pizza joint by chance and it was so good the first, I kept going back for more.

The pizza by the slice is almost just like anywhere else unless you get it fresh. If you order something fresh or get a fresh made pizza this place is actually pretty good and cheap too! They have a good ranch as I recall and the service is mostly friendly. They deliver and have a TV inside.

Ok, it was really hard picking a star rating for Romeo’s because the food is actually quite good but they are sooooo SLOW! On the one hand, my fiancé and I end up ordering from here when we forget to fix dinner and it’s getting late, so they’re open late which is great! But they tell you«It’ll be 20 – 30 mins» and in reality you end up waiting an hour to an hour and a half! So not cool when you are starving! And they don’t always seem to keep track of items they have in stock. When I order the tira misu, I always end up getting cash from the driver because it turns out they didn’t have any after all! And all of this really sucks because the food is good! I always order the chicken parmigiana and while I wish they chicken was a bit bigger, it is super tasty. And their calamari is very good as well! They just need to get better on their timing and I’ll be more than happy to up the stars!
