Seva – Lewisville

I got there just before noon on a Monday and got right in. There were 6 people waiting when I left though. I had my whole face threaded by Harshy. This was my first time, so I have no comparison, but I can’t find a single hair left on my face in my magnifying mirror. Who knew I had that much fuzz? The short face massage after was heavenly. I’ll be back in 3 – 4 weeks!

I visited Lewisville this past weekend from Killeen. The service was great. I got my eyebrows tinted, lash extensions, and picked up some lip gloss. The owner is awesome!!!

They are very busy because they’re so good at what they do. The owner actually cares a lot about customer satisfaction and will do whatever it takes to keep everyone happy.

Let this place be your last resort. Thurs-​sun expect to wait 20 minutes. Also depending on who your technician is, you may NOT get the results you came in there for

I love Kay she does my brows just the way I like them. I used to get my lashes done as well but they switched from bonding glue to lash glue and the lashes only last about 24 – 48 hours

I came in for a brow thread. You first sign in at the computer and wait for the next available beautician. There’s about three — four beauticians available for threading at a time. I didn’t have a preference since it was my first time.
My brows threading was fine. She did a good job. I didn’t have any issues! and it was at a good price! please don’t raise your price!

I used to go to this place to get my eyebrows threaded.
The staff is pretty nice. However, sometimes when they get busy it feels a little rushed.
They are also organized– you have to sign in when you get there and they call your name. You usually get some discount texts/​emails here and there.
However, I found that this place seems to get fairly crowded especially on the weekends. I have waited for over 30 minutes at times. I like to be in and out.
I would say this is an OK place. Nothing fantastic about it. It isn’t bad either. I would probably go there again if I had to.

I went into Seva for a threading and leg wax, and to find out more info on the lash extensions.
The leg wax was quick, no nonsense. My wax tech was efficient and thorough, and industrious about cleaning up after our session. +1
My wax tech also doubled as a brow tech. The brow threading was also quick, but not as thorough. Somehow she missed a few obvious hairs when I checked later in a mirror. However, she was quite adept with brow shaping; I was pleased with her efforts. Another +1.
The same tech also worked my lashes… however, I was not at all thrilled with the lash extensions I received here. My only options were short and medium length – no choices on the amount of lashes or style (glam or natural). I guess this is what I get when I go budget-​cheap. First off, throughout the whole procedure, I was instructed to keep my eyes open while my tech applied the fake lashes. You can imagine my discomfort while I watched this tweezer weave in and out near my eyeballs. Next, she smeared gobs of adhesive on both my lashes and my eyelids, causing my eyes to glue shut. I got reprimanded for this, even though she forced my eyes closed while layering on the glue. At one point, my eye was in pain because she had applied so much glue that my eyelid skin was stretched so tight and the glue started to spill inside my lid. (–1) By the time I got out of the chair, I realized that something was very wrong. I asked the tech if this was the way it’s supposed to look and feel, and she reassured me that I would get used to them. –1
After closer inspection of my new lashes when I got home, I realized how terrible they looked with all the layers of adhesive on them. This was the source of my irritation and tunnel vision. Frankly, upending a bottle of mascara on my lashes would have probably achieved better results.
The next day I had to return due to a «lash malfunction». Yes, the irritation had gotten bad enough that I scratched part of the new additions loose. I hoped that the tech would resolve the problem by removing the offending glue. Unfortunately, her fix was to scrape my inner lid and add MORE glue. Ouch. After much debate, she peeled off the extra lashes (ouch again) and started applying new ones. And slathering on a ton more glue. Argh. –1
I looked around for cosmetology licenses but found none on display – not very reassuring. After I got my lashes to a somewhat tolerable condition, I paid my $ 5 touchup fee and hoped I could endure the lash job for a couple of weeks.
The lashes fell out 2 days later. I finally ripped the rest of them out and vowed never to return to Seva for a lash job.

Nice, lashes & eyebrow threading $ 19 I’m hooked!
I was doing my daily grind at the gym, one of the ladies had some serious eyelashes going on. She told me «You’re not going to believe this» I got my eyebrows threaded and eyelashes for $ 19″ She told me inside of Walmart. Still not believing it, I inquired with a threading place inside the mall, lash extensions $ 39. $threading $ 10 I then went to Seva and got the down low, for lashes and threading included $ 19. If you just want threading $ 7 if you just want lashes $ 17.
It’s pretty cool, you sign in on a mac desktop. They got me in quickly and it was busy. Ana did my lashes and brows. She was very informative about this because I was a newbie. I usually do the MAC lashes (one strip) these are so comfortable, she did an outstanding job. Everyone was doing a great job. I was watching the ladies being transformed, one gal was in there getting her nails done and was bragging about how long her lashes stay on.
I will def be back here frequently. Another nice touch when they had a down time. One of the lash and brow techs started cleaning up, wiping down the mirror and counter. That was impressive. Very clean and tidy

The ladies at Seva are fantastic! Ever since I started going there, I refuse to see anyone else to take care of my eyebrows except for the sweet ladies at Seva. They do a great job every single time, and have yet to dissapoint me. Also, they are super nice. Ive seen a lot of stuck up women go in there and act like complete snots towards them, and they still remain professional with kind demeanors. I would be slapping a lot of pretentious faces if I was in thier position. Kudos to the Seva team!
