Do not go to this Taco Bell. They get every order wrong and they are super slow. Not to mention if they are out of something they don’t tell you till after you pay for it. It makes no sense. I will never use this location again

Drive through service was terrible! Avoid this location. The girl taking the order was leaned over the register and had no clue about customer service. Asked if they could cut my Mexican pizza into 4. She said ‘No’. I been getting it cut for the past 20 years at Taco Bell! 1. Was my Mexican pizza cut when I got my food? You guessed it NO. 2. Asked for sauce. She goes it’s in the bag. Was there any hot sauce? You guessed it ‘NO’. 3. My beef meximelt was basically a piece of tortilla. The worst I have ever had. 4. Cashier runs away and does not respond to my honking. Made a few faces like she was irritated. 5. Called the manager right after the incident and she did apologize and say that she would talk to the two girls but she did not know who was working which station??? If the manager doesn’t know where they are working then are they really doing their job correctly? Manager also did not want to hear what the issues were.

If ordering from the drive thru make sure you write your order down they don’t listen for shit and one of the employees even wanted to charge my husband Xtra then told him that we weren’t clear on ordering so therefore it’s our fault. A company with two certain employees one named Michael I as a manager or owner of a place would not stand or my employees talking to any customer no matter if they were wrong or not be talked like what we just went through.
