When I need an emergency alteration (or any alteration really) I always make sure I come to Fit 4 U. The shop is located right behind the Papa Johns on Great Mills Road (next to the CVS) and is very quaint.
The owner is so sweet and she does phenomenal work. I can appreciate that she gets to know her customers and has very loyal ones. If you get clothes altered then you know all prices range but they’re very reasonable.
I was waiting in line for my clothes once and a frantic military man came in needing his uniform patched and hemmed. She was able to do it within the hour which is AMAZING. She does all types of alterations, prom dresses, womens, mens, childrens, and WEDDING dresses which is extremely impressive.
Overall, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for alterations. It’s reasonably priced, speedy, and most importantly the tailoring is impeccable. She also offers discounts for military!
