in 2011 I was in a car accident, Car VS Deer, it took OVER 2 weeks to get the repair and when they called me to get it picked up they stated that it would be over $ 3000 which the insurance covered all but the deductible for and that I’d need a cashiers check to get my car back because they didn’t accept a personal check for that amount of money when my deductible was $ 200. They also claimed that my door lock on the drivers door which wasn’t close to the point of impact (point of impact was the hinge of the drivers door and the quarter panel) was not working when I dropped the car off, a call to the insurance company later they magically reset my door lock that was working when I dropped it off with them. I WOULD NOT EVER EVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN!!! I’ll take my business back to waldorf or to Two guys if I have an accident in the future.

Called twice asking for a quote on a repair and was told they need to check on it and will call me back.
This was about two weeks ago. Still haven’t received a call from them. They must be making enough money and don’t need my business. Not a very good business model if part of your process is not calling potential customers back.

The staff is very rude and trashy. They lost my front license plate and had no clue how to handle my car. They also were ridiculously over priced.

They have now had my car for for 40 days and it still isn’t fixed. Beware they have no consideration for your time or money and communicate false information on the timeline of progress.

I had body work done here through my insurance company. Jesse and jenny were very helpful. My car was returned back to me looking perfect. They even went the extra mile and detailed my car in and out. I’ve had this car for four years and it wasn’t this clean when I bought it. Highly recommend them. Oh yeah and honest too which was the most important.

Had to have an emergency tow today and these guys/​gals were great! They were courteous, friendly and quick; and it was a successful tow with no issues. Thank you Jesse.

Outstanding Car body shop (My car was just returned after an accident) I turn the car over to Shannon and she took car of everything. She kept me informed on what was going and made she that my car was perfect when it was returned,
