As a general rule, I HATE going to wireless stores and would have never anticipated reviewing one higher than a 2 on Unilocal.So, why the 5 star rating for this one? Because based on my recent(and only) experience there, I genuinely can’t think of a single thing that would have improved the experience. In the spirit of full disclosure, I intentionally went on the evening of Super Bowl hoping to avoid crowds, and it worked. I snagged«rock star parking» right next to their door and was helped immediately upon arrival. The best aspect though was that the salesperson broke every awful stereotype I have the cell phone store employees. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t ask for, was extremely professional and courteous, promptly provided the assistance I needed, didn’t mock or challenge my lack of desire for the newest and«best» technology, and seemed very genuine. He mentioned that he was saving money to go to grad school so that he could become a school counselor, and I left hoping he’d apply to the university where I teach. Crazy! I have gone to the AT&T store on Richmond Rd. a few times and truly have nothing good to say about it. Thankfully, I’ll never need to set foot in there again now that I know how great the service is at this location. Well done, Reynolds Rd. You’ve definitely earned a 5-star rating from me.

I waited five minutes for someone to help me, there were two people before me, I didn’t think that was terrible at all! Once the guy called my name he immediately starting helping me with my issues and was helpful in giving my options for my plan to help keep my monthly payment the same! I was in and out in 15 minutes, which makes this girl do the happy dance!

Okay, so as most of you know(those who know me), I am really loathe to endorse anything AT&T. They have managed to keep me locked in one way or another over the years and really I have never had a positive experience with them … until today. I had done a lot of my research in advance about what I wanted. This was to be my first big plan change in years, along with an iPad purchase. I had been trying to do this in Chicago, but they never seemed to be in stock(the iPad I wanted). Well, while here in KY for vacation, I checked the online inventory and they had the model I wanted, so I went off for it. I was a little nervous because there were a lot of people here, but walked in expecting the worse. I was instantly greeted by Jonathan Miller(interestingly enough, also noted in an another review). He was bright, polite, and very easy going. I explained all that I wanted and he jumped to it. Incredibly, I was probably in and out in 15 minutes — far less than I anticipated. I wish he worked in Chicago so I could steal him away(Jon — if you ever read this, add me as a friend!) At the very least, I would love to buy him a drink! I wish even one of my previous AT&T experiences were as good as this one! Cheers!

I had great customer service. I was buying two new phones, and Jonathan Miller worked with me for hours over a two day span to make sure that all of my data was transferred successfully from the old phones to the new ones.
