i expect that i got different customer service than the other reviewer. i did get a mini massage but mind you i walked in with a gift certificate for one. i wasn’t aware everyone who walked in got massages on a regular basis however maybe that has been phased out? either way, my personal experience was joyful. the staff was talkative, helpful, informed me on several products that i showed interest in, and answered any questions i had. i loved their poppy lipstick on my lips, their house brand tea is good, & they have charity events where say you bring in a canned good in exchange for a perfume.

Love Aveda products, didn’t like the icy Aveda service I received here. I wasn’t offered any of the little things that make Aveda superior: no mini massage, no updates about products… nothing. While the store is spacious, without the top-​notch service I’ve come to expect from Aveda, I left empty-​handed and over it.
