Bain Property Inspection

I can’t recommend John enough. I’m in the process of buying my first house and following a recommendation I hired John to come out and do the property inspection. Not only did he write and prepare a very thorough report with photographs documenting all of his observations but he also agreed to meet me after he was complete so that I can ask him the questions I had about the house. He did an amazing job and gave me everything I needed to know, good and the bad, about the house I’m purchasing. He’s incredibly nice and has been available for any follow-​up questions I’ve had even after the inspection. He’s the only property inspector I will recommend and his prices are great. I can’t wait to own my first house!
