My husband and I have been mildly unhappy with State Farm, but Bill Rea and his staff are giving us a good reason to go elsewhere for insurance– POOR customer service. One of the secretaries was incredibly rude to my husband. The agent, Bill Rea was exceptionally rude to our mortgage consultant at the bank we use. I do not have to put up with awful service and bad attitudes! I will take all my policies elsewhere. Do not use this agent!
