History
Established in 2003.
In November 2003, Jackie Lupo opened the Bistro on Main with the goal of providing healthy, delicious, locally-raised food in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Since 2003, Jackie has earned an excellent reputation for providing great food and great service. The Bistro has been featured twice in Southern Living magazine and has become a favorite stop for tourists, students and locals alike.

Business Owner
Jackie has worked in the restaurant industry for most of her life. Her first venture in Lexington quickly outgrew its space and in 2003, she opened the Bistro on Main. With a passion for providing delicious, healthy food and excellent service at affordable prices, Jackie has grown the Bistro into one of the most popular restaurants in Lexington.
Although not native to the area, Jackie has become a well-known figure in Lexington not only for her committment to excellence but also for her devotion to her community — utilizing fresh, local products whenever possible.
